A stunning villa just a 30-second walk from the beach, offering breathtaking views of the horizon and the sunset from the rooftop terrace. This seaside villa is limited to one group per day inspired by an adult villa that is fun at night. The property of more than 70 tsubo has a dining building where you can cook authentic cooking, a residence building with four bedrooms, a wooden deck where you can color the barbecue time at night, and a spacious grassy courtyard. The two buildings are connected by large windows, allowing people to move freely between them. No matter where you are on the property, you can hear the laughter of your colleagues and feel their presence. If you want to barbecue, it's a good idea to source Awaji cows and island vegetables at the local market. We have a high-end BBQ grill made by Weber. Everyone who was tired of playing and slept on the living room sofa woke up to the smell and had a lively dinner time. On the rooftop terrace, watch the sunset and talk to each other. You can also enjoy indoor barbecues and hot pots in the dining building, so you can plan your stay according to the weather and the mood of your group. Reikaku Yasaka was a building in ruins with the floor tilted by at least 30cm when we discovered this hidden jewel. The restoration was particularly difficult due to the state it was in but our craftsman’s determination to bring this Machiya back to its formal glory paid off for Reikaku Yasaka. The result is Japanese craftsmanship at its best and we are very proud to be able to share the result with the rest of the world. Check our other house as an alternate option @ Reikaku Kiyomizu-Gojo

《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

The house was an Ochaya (literally "tea house")before and we renovated it, which is an establishment where patrons are entertained by geisha. We kept the original structure and make it much more modern and comfortable. The river in front of the house is the must-see in Kyoto changing from cherry bloom to maples. The best location near Gojo bridge and Kiyomizuーgojo sta. can make it very convenient to all the famous spots.
