Seaside retreat house

Seaside retreat house is located in the village of Paralia Sergoulas in the Corinthian Gulf . The ground floor that is granted to guests is a self-contained house of 110 square meters with a separate entrance and is located within a plot of 700 sqm, 70 meters from the beach , with turquoise crystal clear waters and trees for shade . The residence was completed in 2022 and is surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape and a lovely garden that is in the exclusive use of guests.

Ski resort, Delphi, Arachova, E4/E22 trails, Eptastomos, Neraidospilia, Agoriani waterfall... so many destinations in such a short time... And the return to Pinecone Lodge, a warm and welcoming place, always relaxing. A few meters from the central square of the village but ideally located at the beginning of the fir forest of Eptalofos. You will hear the sound of the stream of the Manas spring, you will admire Kokkinorachi and... if you are lucky, you may see the "guilty" squirrel...

The Apartments are located in the Delphi (Center of the Earth) and they provide an unspeakable view to Itea and Galaxidi. 10 minutes on foot away from the archaeological site. Built with respect in the traditional local architecture, is an excellent destination for summer and winter escapes. Furthermore it is 35 km from the Ski Center of Parnassus (one of the biggest Ski Centers in Greece) and 20 km from the beauty of the Corinthian Gulf.

An entire traditional house of 80m² with neoclassical touches on three levels on the ground floor of the building. It can accommodate at least four people, combining the traditional with the neoclassical in every aspect. It has a large high-ceilinged living room with a large dining room and two three-seater sofas, two double bedrooms, one of which has an imposing fireplace, a spacious bathroom and an organized kitchen.
