Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The holiday apartment No. 1 at Sallrain Hof is located in Klobenstein/Collalbo and offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The 42 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to four people. Amenities include heating, Wi-Fi, and cable and satellite TV. The apartment features a private outdoor area with a south-facing balcony. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Light-flooded apartment with wonderful views of the Schlern, Rosengarten and Latemar, the Dolomites Unesco World Heritage Site. On the first floor is a well-equipped kitchen-living room with sofa bed, on the 2nd floor is a bedroom with a double bed made of Swiss pine wood and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, toilet and bidet. It has its own terrace with a meadow.
