Beachfront holiday rental in Klismata

As a family of four, we loved our stay in this beautiful house. As soon as walked in we felt right at home. The verandah area is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the decor is tasteful and beautiful and the house is so welcoming we didn’t want to leave. Everything worked perfectly and was in excellent condition. It has everything anyone could possibly need in a very convenient location. One of our favourites!

The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

Wow! This place is truly magical. Breathtaking views, a gorgeous pool terrace, spacious & comfortable interiors- All located in a beautiful village in the hills, conveniently located 10 mins drive from stunning beaches. Athina was so helpful with local knowledge & places to see, we had a superb time as a family of 8. She left a welcome pack of local fruit & veg aswell as honey, jam & wine, cheeses & butter. We felt so welcome and at home. There’s a mini market 5 mins walk away with all the basics & larger shops in small towns in 15 mins drive. Delicious & friendly restaurants & tavernas within 15 mins. The area is easy to drive around. Top 3 hot spots: Vouti beach/ Taverna, Assos & Fteri beach on the water taxi. My 10 year old loved feeding the village cats & seeing the goats walk past with their bells. Great places to swim, snorkel & jump off rocks - The water is the most turquoise I have ever seen! Forever memories made. This house, Kefalonia & Nifi has stolen our hearts.

We really enjoyed our stay at the bungalow, it was in a good location within walking distance of a supermarket and restaurants at Porto harbour. The house had everything we needed and the pool was a great addition as it was very hot! We hired a boat from George which was a fabulous day. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

The apparent is beautiful, so clean and nicely decorated, the bed is comfy anf the facilities are brand new. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is beautiful. Great location, just perfect for reaching all the island attractios. Memi and her mother are wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay, I recommend this appartment very much!

Great personal reception by Tonia. On the first day, we sat together for a long time and Tios told us about the island. Tonia had put some groceries in the apartment for the first evening - location right on the waterfront. We had a lovely stay at Manolis's house. It is within walking distance of everything that Sami has to offer and close to many of the local beaches. Highly recommend for both short and long stays in Keflonia.

A wonderfully homely and genuine Greek experience. We could not fault it, back to the roots of Airbnb where you stayed at what felt like a good friend's house!

This house was perfect for our trip to Kefalonia. We were able to walk to the beach, local restaurants, and the local grocery store. It’s a great location for exploring the island as well. The host was great and the house was as clean.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

We had a fantastic stay at Stella di Mare, the hosts are very welcoming and warm. It has a unique location with everything you could expect from a vacation housing. The only downside is that the road to get to the building is narrow and steep. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Evgenia was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip. Check-in/out was very easy and she helped us book a transfer back to the airport which was very appreciated. The room was clean and tidy. Beautiful location with stunning views, only a short walk down to the beach, however a hire car is necessary to fully explore the island - not much is accessible on foot! We had a lovely holiday, thank you Evgenia :)

My family and I had the most amazing time at Eleni’s home. Stunning views, so peaceful and a short walk into the main square and the famous 3 Wise Monkeys restaurant (5 star food). Assos is the quintessential Greek village.

Had a wonderful 3 weeks stay. The house was lovely and cosy. Had everything we needed and more. Chrisanthi was lovely and helpful, came in every day with fresh bedding and towels and kept everything clean and tidy. Gave us fresh eggs and vegetables every now and then. We loved the beach cove which was a 15 min walk to, sandy beach and the water was clear and warm with comfy sunbeds. Used the pool to cool off in the late afternoons. Secure internet with wifi. Supermarket about a 5 minute walk with every day needs. Need a car go to the big Lidl. The restaurants nearby and within walking distance were very friendly and we had some really good meals and i highly recommend the local wine, it was delicious. We slept well and came away feeling well rested. Thank you 😊

Fantastic location, easy to find, 20 minutes from the airport, 6 mins from Argostoli. Beaches all around and within walking distance. Amazing host and very welcoming. This villa is perfect for any getaway.

I really enjoyed this place. The landlords were so super nice and helpful. It was also no problem at all that I got a visit at short notice. The apartment was also cleaned and you received a really great welcome package at the beginning. I felt very comfortable throughout and enjoyed the stay very much.

Loved staying at Magalie’s place, it’s absolutely beautiful and Magalie is a perfect host. The location is ideal and the cottage is really lovely - so much so that we rarely left the property. Cannot recommend enough, thank you Magalie!

Dionysia and Panos are very friendly and extremely helpful landlords. The apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking the sea and large roof terrace is modernly furnished, very clean and in perfect condition. Everything you need is available. We were provided with tips for excursions and for taverns and bars. Every question was always answered spontaneously. Poros is a nice little place with a harbor and private beach. Many first-class taverns and restaurants, cafes and bars invite you to relax. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back 🫶

Our host was flexible and the accommodation had what we needed,especially a washing machine. It was close to restaurants, a beach and a mini market. I would stay there again.

The apartment is spacious, light, cool and really comfortable. It was a pleasure to return to after a day on the beach. Comfortable beds, great shower. Outdoor space is huge with various chair and table set ups to catch the sun (or hide from it!) at different times of the day; lemon trees, giant rosemary bushes; view of the sea! Location means that you can take a cab from the airport and arrive within 10 minutes (standard cost €20-25) but from then on you can access everything you need on foot. Small secret cove about 3 minutes walk away and gorgeous beach with loungers and great cafe/bar less than ten mins walk away. Local supermarket 5 mins away for all your basics and larger supermarkets, if you want fresh produce, are a 25 min walk away in Argostoli. If you go in the morning there are turtles in the harbour who follow the fishing boats in (or so we were told!) The only problem with our stay? It wasn’t long enough!!!! So we’re going back in September!!

We spent 5 nights at the apartment and it was perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The garden around the apartment is beautiful, full of flowers and plants to enjoy from your balcony. The view from the balcony is amazing, we loved waking up and watching the water with a coffee. Poros is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by mountains and the swimming is great from the beach. The location is also great, you can walk straight down to the beach. We didn't meet Despina in person but she was lovely over messenges and helped us out with recommendations and anything we needed. We can't fault our stay and everything was perfect, we really hope to visit again in the near future!
