The house is on 2 floors and the part that is rented out is 131 sqm with four bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. A total of 6 regular beds and 2 extra beds in sofa bed. Stone patio with dining table, chairs and lounge furniture. The plot is surrounded by fences. The house was completed in 2024 and is rented out for shorter stays of at least 3 days, weekly or longer periods. Change of Sundays during the high summer.

Newly renovated house (about 2 km north of Klintehamn) that in 2022/2023 has been completely renovated where, for example, the upper floor has been insulated, a brand new bathroom has been built and all surfaces in the kitchen have been repainted/treated. Two separate bedrooms are available, but an additional double bed and sofa bed are also available. Perfect accommodation for those looking for a harmonious place with beautiful surroundings. Sea view from the property, the sea is barely a 15-minute walk from the bed, and there is a hiking trail nearby. Dinners are enjoyed in the conservatory accompanied by magical sunsets. There are two beds in the main house, and a guest house with two additional beds. In the main house there is also a well-equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom with shower, washing machine and combustion toilet. Note: Renovation in progress, new pictures coming.

"Annexet" is a charming accommodation on two floors that has most of what you need for a relaxing vacation. From the living room, you can step directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender, etc. Breakfast in the green with birds chirping, barbecue evenings in the sunset or just sitting under the big chestnut tree with a good book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse roof" to shelter under. Or why not play boule on the court that's there? If you feel like swimming, it's close to a string of sandy beaches.

The cabin has a nice patio with a charcoal grill and dining area. For magical sunsets, you can easily take a bike or car to the coast and enjoy the view of the Karlsöarna Islands.
