Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Θα χρειαστείτε αυτοκίνητο για εύκολη πρόσβαση.

Ο ξενώνας " Αγγελικά στα Ορεινά " είναι ένα συγκρότημα καταλυμάτων αποτελούμενο , από τρεις επιπλωμένες παραδοσιακές κατοικίες , μια βίλα 64τμ με σοφίτα, με 10 κλίνες που το ονομάζουμε ΑΡΚΤΟΣ, όπου μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν από 2 έως 10 άτομα , με συμβατή δόμηση και δύο αυτοδιαχειριζόμενες πέτρινες κατοικίες των 50τμ που τις ονομάζουμε ΩΡΙΩΝ & ΠΥΞΙΣ , όπου μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν από 2 έως 5 άτομα. Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
