A cozy old cottage about 90min drive from Reykjavik and 30min from Borgarnes, close to the river Nordura. The view is magnificent. Svartagil is about 3 km from the main road nr 1 on road nr 528. The farm is 1 km from road nr 1. The view from the apartment and the surrounding area is very beutyfull. We have horses, chickens and dogs on the farm. The horses are very friendly and love attention. This is a very good spot to view the northern lights from late august-april if the sky is clear we can usually see them.
