Το σπίτι είναι 60 τ.μ. και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει με πάρα πολύ μεγάλη άνεση 4 - 5 άτομα. Το καλντερίμι ακριβώς μπροστά εξασφαλίζει μοναδική ησυχία χωρίς να στερεί την άμεση πρόσβαση. Υπάρχει Χώρος στάθμευσης ακριβώς απέναντι από το σπίτι και το κέντρο της πόλης είναι 3-5λ με τα πόδια.
