The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

With 80 m2 of living space, it spreads over two floors and offers acommodation for 4-6 person. You will truly enjoy a beautifully arranged garden with a covered terrace and a private pool. Distance to the sea: 400 m Distance to the beach: 600 m Opposite the house there is a sports field with a tennis, basketball and soccer field. Under the main house is the family restaurant Filipo. On the way to the beach there is a post office, mini market, bakery, several coffee bars and restaurants. We offer a sleeping place for up to 10 people on request. An annual rent would also be possible upon request.
