Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

A large, luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with a gorgeous view of the nature reserve and the Alps. Large groups and parties are welcome - we do not have loud noise limitations. The area is ideal for hiking, biking or relaxing in nature. The apartment is part of a small farm (Icelandic horses and sheep) about 4km outside of Gersbach in the south of the Black Forest. You will stay in a 2-room apartment at the foot of the Belchen. The apartment offers a large bedroom, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a living-dining room. With a large veranda facing south as well as a large patio with fire pit/grill and direct access to free parking, we offer our guests the perfect starting point to explore the Black Forest. We allow a dog to be brought along as a pet.
