Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

Immenstadt is about 2 kilometres away and offers shopping options, as well as cafés and restaurants, in its historic old town with Marienplatz. A footpath connects the two places. Both in summer and in winter, a wide range of sports activities are available: sailing, skiing (ski lifts are easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, a summer toboggan run and much more.

Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 m²) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.
