Immenstadt offers great leisure activities from hiking, outdoor swimming pool, surfing, sailing, water skiing, climbing park and summer toboggan run to an indoor swimming pool with sauna, shopping and restaurants to excellent toboggan and skiing facilities and bike paths. The pretty center with refreshments, cinema and numerous shops is a 10-minute walk away. In the courtyard, there is plenty of space for children to romp and play.

The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. The furnishings are stylish and of high quality, with many comfortable seating and lounging options. Particularly noteworthy are the fantastic views, the open fireplace and the spacious sauna – true highlights for those seeking relaxation. If you are looking for a special Airbnb experience in a relaxed atmosphere, I can fully recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was super cozy, clean and perfect for our family. The furnishings of the apartment were particularly great. The host was very friendly and gave us many helpful tips. The location is rural, but the village has everything you need: a bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, and discount store. You can also get to the city quickly by car. We highly recommend this place and would come back any time!

A great place to stay that I can only recommend to everyone. We were three families with small children and there was always enough space for everyone. The balconies are ideally located so that you can sit outside at any time of the day. The furnishings are very high quality and the apartment was super clean. You only need to be careful when loading and unloading that you are in a pedestrian zone, but this can be easily planned, as there is plenty of parking nearby.
