Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The cottage is located next to our small farm in a green meadow, surrounded by forest, on the outskirts of Salzburg. You will have an entire house for yourself. We don't have a public road, so it's quiet and yet so close to the city. There is free parking in front of the house and in a few minutes (0.7 km) you are at the bus stop to get into the city. !!!!!!!! Only the ground floor is open for booking of 2 guests!!!!!!!!!

Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
