Already upon arrival, we immediately felt comfortable: lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and with many small details that make the stay special. Lucie is a wonderful host - warm, attentive and reliable. You can tell how much passion there is in the space. The surroundings are fantastically quiet and invite you to switch off - exactly what we were looking for. The accommodation is located in a beautiful village, which is an ideal starting point for trips. Access to the timber is through the garden, parking is easy right across the property. We were in timber in three, great sleeping, heating in the stove, and sauna too. The only minor challenge was to heat the hot water in the shower – enough for 1-2 people, after that it takes a while to wait for the water to heat up again. The communication with Miriam was great, despite the technical issues at check-in, everything was resolved. I would recommend the stay to anyone looking for peace and quiet.

From booking to check-out, everything was straightforward and smooth. We were all totally thrilled with the accommodation and are thinking about coming back again!

Filip sent us all the instructions in a timely manner. The place is beautiful and cozy, it looked exactly like the photos. I can only recommend, the place is great to relax. Unfortunately, the weather didn't work out, but the place is so cozy that we didn't mind spending most of our stay at home.

Cozy apartment in a quiet suburb. The host and his family were very friendly and especially kind to the children. Highly recommended as a quiet base point for excursions in the area.

Very cosy and very clean appartement. Nicely decorated with an eye for detail. Big balcony and a beautiful view on the garden and pond. It was very peaceful with a lot of nature around you. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

This is a great place to stay in the beautiful Bohemian Forest. I can only recommend, something better would be difficult to find.

We liked everything about the place. Location is very peaceful and surrounded by beautiful views.

The place is full of incredible peace and quiet, the view from the window to the nature and no hustle and bustle of the tourist area. Yes, the water smells (due to a large amount of minerals), but nothing you can't prepare for. The kitchen equipment is a bit stark, but relatively sufficient. We missed the most of a small table lamp. Overall, we loved it here.

My girlfriend and I had a great time staying in Kašperské Hory. The place has its own parking space, so you didn't have to worry about having a place to park after trips. There are many nice places to visit in the area. Personally, we can recommend, for example, the Three-Western Slate and Wolf Range in Srní and Čertovo Lake and Černé jezero in Železná Ruda. Perfect for multi-day relaxation. The kitchen has basic ingredients (salt, pepper, sugar,...), so you can cook if you want. In the living room, which is connected to the kitchen, there is a TV where you can watch both regular TV channels, so you can log in to Netflix or Disney+ for example. A nice bonus for relaxing after trips in the evening. The environment clean, tidy and not dusty. If you're on vacation by car, we can definitely recommend this place. :)

A beautiful and clean space that exceeded our expectations. Everything was well-equipped – from the bathroom to the kitchen, we didn't miss anything. Great atmosphere and maximum comfort throughout the stay. We'd love to come back!

The apartment is spacious and well furnished with every essential. Petra and the lady who took care of the keys were very gracious and helpful at all times. Sušice is a lively town and the whole Šumava region is well worth exploring. The place gets perhaps a bit noisy during the day, but it was always quiet at night and we always slept peacefully.

Great location of the apartment - next to the ski slope, hiking trails, forest. Several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, tastefully equipped with branded appliances including a sofa bed that can be folded or folded by one movement, plus a perfect mattress that sleeps really well on. The apartment is such a full-fledged accommodation for 4 adults. A big plus is also a private patio with a garden, equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Host Alena is very welcoming and has tried to accommodate us. We were very pleased with her interest in our satisfaction.
