Apartment in a new construction house, next to Jonas hill, Culture factory and other cultural spaces and cafes of the Old Town of Klaipeda, near Smiltynė ferry, so in just a few minutes you can find yourself on the beach of Smiltyn. The apartment area is equipped with a large children's playground, which operates fountains, basketball court, simulators, bike path, you can use bicycles for additional fee.
