james place is nice,neat and clean. I had a tough time on day 1 as there was no power, no fan no ac. I requested for a fan and the host provided it the next day. They are very responsive and cooperative. Due to its remote location, i had to meet my clients in Kitwe downtown. I was forced to spend additional on these meetings and it was extremely inconvenient for me. I believe this is good for people who want a silent stay away from the busy life of a city. This place is not good for business / working class guests. Otherwise i wish to go back and stay when i need a quite break away from busy life. i wish James and his team the very best.
