We loved every moment of our stay at Bob and Kath’s beautiful home! It’s a peaceful, quiet retreat with lovely surroundings and scenic trails that lead right down to the backwaters. Bob and Kath are warm, engaging hosts who made us feel truly welcome—wonderful to talk to and always happy to share local tips. Easily the best place to stay near Ludlow if you’re looking for comfort, nature, and genuine hospitality!

Tricia has made the most of this room. It is very well thought out. It is colorfully decorated, with everything that we needed for a home away from home stay. As a sweet welcome, Tricia even had pastries waiting for us! Easy check in, and easy check out. Great communication with us as well. Very nice! Thank you!

We were on the island during hot weather (80's) and the apartment was a relief to come home to. Concrete floors, windows with great airflow and a basement apartment keeps it cool, but it's light and bright with fantastic windows letting in lots of light. Little cafe table outside. Beautiful gardens in the neighborhood if you go out for a walk. Truly a 5 minute drive to town. Easy walk as well. Fun little local trail with signs that runs through the neighborhood.

This home is an absolute gem, do not pass up the opportunity to book here. Tranquility abounds in this neighborhood, and you can see the sparkle on the water and water fowl from your bed, or watch from the hot tub! My partner and I loved this place, not only for the natural beauty surrounding, but found the amenities and the home to be super clean, thoughtful and welcoming. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud, super comfortable pillows and linens. To preface - we both have slightly different sleep - preferences and found we both had incredible sleep here. The hosts were so kind to text us when a pod of orca whales were out front - what a dream! Their recommendations were excellent and I highly suggest checking out Via Rosa 11 if you can, and walking Grand Forest ( on their list ).

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home in this beautifully decorated and cozy space. We loved staying at Heidi's place. We were comfortable and felt safe, which are the two most important issues when we travel. We lived in the area for a few years, so we are familiar with all of the restaurants and places to shop, but the suggestions provided would definitely help those not familiar with the area. There is a lovely view from the deck and plenty of windows to take advantage of the breezes. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining room table. The entire apartment is spacious and well-furnished. Thanks for hosting us!

We loved spending time at Jenny and Claes’s AirBnb. It was magical getting to wake up, brew coffee, and comb the beach first thing in the morning. We even saw an elephant seal (!!) on our last morning there. The evenings on the patio were so peaceful, with bunnies, robins, and little wrens enjoying the space with us. From sitting on the couch, you can look out and see sailboats and ferries passing by - perfect for my boat-loving son! Thank you, Jenny and Claes for the wonderful stay!

Staying at the Raven’s Landing studio was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were taken in by the stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and the many thoughtful touches that made the space feel like a true retreat. We loved starting our mornings with the delicious homemade granola, breakfast bars, milk, and honey—all generously provided. The shelves were filled with a beautiful selection of books, and the area surrounding the studio offered endless trails to explore, making it a dream for nature lovers. Darcy truly puts the “host” in “hostess.” Warm, welcoming, and full of fascinating stories, she made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We feel incredibly fortunate to have spent four unforgettable weeks here and would return in a heartbeat. We can’t recommend Raven’s Landing enough!

Very seldom can I say I had a perfect stay, however, that is not the case with Terry's Woodland Retreat. Amazing find. 5 star across the board from location, privacy, host communications, amenities, cost. If you're looking for a place that is fairly central to the Kitsap to Jefferson County, this is it. 30 mins to Port Townsend, 30 mins to Bremerton and a private quiet oasis in the middle. Will stay again.

Quiet, private, very conveniently located near center of town, clean, comfortable, and very good value. Hosts proactive with excellent directions & responsive to questions.

We loved our stay. It was easy to get to Poulsbo and other places. There were two things that could have easily made the stay better. One: it’s not hard to have little bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, especially at the price we were paying to stay here. They did have shampoo but nothing else and I felt it was a poor choice on their part. The second thing was communication about parking. They did not tell us someone would be staying in the bottom portion of the rental so we had parked in the driveway only to come out to someone parked behind us the next morning and had to find them to get our cars out. Communication about parking would have solved this. Beautiful view though and nice accommodations!

The Dragonfly Suite is located in a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful location. The Suite is within walking distance of the ferry and downtown Winslow. Lots of nice amenities throughout the Suite. Sue was a friendly and responsive host. Would highly recommend the Suite to anyone visiting Bainbridge Island.

Amazing Airbnb! Kevin greeted us with fresh strawberries and their very friendly dog, Pax. It was very clean and cozy and the hot tub was a great touch. Thank you!!

I loved staying at Kristen’s guest nest in Manette! It was so clean and cozy, and she thought of every detail. The place was stocked with clean towels, coffee creamer, extra blankets, etc. I did not have a car during my stay, and found the neighborhood very walkable, and a good workout because of the hill! The bakery and coffee shop, both near the yoga studio Thrive, were some of my favorite morning stops, as well as the downtown area just across the bridge near the ferry. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet as well. I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy private suite. Waking up to the wonderful views of the Navy Shipyard was the best part of our stay. This location had easy access to the ferry and it had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for a smooth and beautiful stay!

Great place! A little awkward to find at first but nice and clean, and Megan was very responsive

Overall a good location central to all my needs and easy to come and go from. The host and his wife were both helpful and friendly with a few items that came up early on. Ultimately all was addressed and I was satisfied with the outcome. Comfortable place suited my needs nicely. Located away from the hosts home so ultimately you feel like you are here alone at times. Quiet area with little going on in the near vicinity. Easy to come and go as is right near a on and off ramp for the main highway. Within about 10 minutes to all my local needs and easy to get around from the location. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Jessica and Chris are wonderful hosts! The home is cozy and the space really couldn't be more perfect. We were lucky to be visited each morning by beautiful deer. Parking is a breeze and the house had everything we needed! This will always be our first choice when visiting Vashon.

Sonia is wonderful. She was very proactive in alerting me to a fire situation (it was far away, but there was smoke in the air prior to my arrival, and she wanted me to be aware). She gave great instructions to find the place - and it is out of the way - and I found it with no problems. The listing is a large house, with the unit being the top floor, while Sonia lives on the bottom floor. There is a common entrance, but Sonia's part of the house is separate and behind a closed door. There is one flight of stairs to get up to the listing. The area is beautiful. The back yard goes right up to the water (Hood Canal from Puget Sound), with the Olympic mountains on the other side of the water. The house is about 5 miles from Seabeck (a small village), and my first reaction was that I'd somehow been transported to another time. Seashells everywhere, and beautiful scenery all around. I had a great time!

Felt right at home here! Very cozy and everything you need was at hand to make yourself comfortable. We stayed with a very rambunctious toddler and they helped us locate a portable crib before our stay and there was a big box of toys that he spent all his free rime playing with! The beds were all very comfortable, it was easy to make the temp comfortable too. They left special touches - wine, coffee, popcorn smores. Really loved the access to the beachfront and the beautiful surroundings. Very responsive hosts and would be happy to stay here again!

Where would I even begin. I got an Airbnb before my husband had to leave for deployment. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Roger who was absolutely amazing. He gave us a tour and local recommendations. Roger and Stacey were so accommodating and made this last few days with my husband memorable. I got to meet Stacey when checking out and she is the sweetest. Everything was beautifully built. From the little decorations to the beautiful barn doors. Overall, this was an amazing stay and I want to thank you Roger and Stacey for having us. Can’t wait to be back soon. Thank you

It’s a fine place but the pipes are very noisy and there is no water pressure in the kitchen sink. Also there is no cover for the front door window. Heat did not work.
