There are many restaurants, supermarkets, discount stores, clinics, etc. around Oji Kamiya Station, and it is a very lively place. There are also many convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants around the house, so you will have no trouble living. The house is 54㎡ with 2 bedrooms and 4 semi-double beds.
