Ligger på ön Tranholmen dit du tar dig via färja 80 från Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via gångbro från Stocksund.

Comfortable 1 room apartment, 15 minutes from central Stockholm, Stockholm Uni, Karolinska and Danderyds hospital. Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Ett unikt sjönära boende med fin utsikt över Åkers kanal, Åkersbro och Prästfjärden. Här bor ni i ett varsamt renoverat magasin i tre plan från ca 1850 med bevarad charm. Huset känns både lyxigt och ombonat och har en fantastisk atmosfär och lugn. OBS! Ej säkert för mindre barn; trappor utan räcken, fönster utan barnspärr i golvnivå med hög fallhöjd. Ej tillgänglighetsanpassat.
