Ένα ισόγειο διαμέρισμα μίας παραδοσιακής διώροφης κατοικίας. Διαθέτει δική του αυλή, με BBQ και ξυλοφουρνο, καθώς και υπέροχη θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και 5 άτομα. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος, η αυλή, το αίθριο και το μπάρμπεκιου μπορούν να απολαύσουν οι επισκέπτες του ισογείου. Οι μόνοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι είναι το πάρκινγκ και το πλυντήριο στην αποθήκη. Το σπίτι απέχει 5' περπάτημα από την πλατεία του Κισσού και 15' από τις παραλίες του Πηλίου.

Διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, άνετο καθιστικό με καναπέ-κρεβάτι, ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο και μπάνιο. Η όμορφη αυλή του αποτελεί ιδανικό σημείο για πρωινό ή βραδινή χαλάρωση. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η θέα που προσφέρει είναι μαγευτική! Οι εσωτερικοί χώροι είναι καθαροί και πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι με ότι χρειάζεται ο επισκέπτης. Δραστηριότητες που μπορείτε να κάνετε εκτός τα ατελείωτα μπάνια και την απόλυτη χαλάρωση στο μπαλκόνι και την αυλή του σπιτιού είναι πεζοπορία από ιδιωτικό μονοπάτι μέχρι την γραφική Νταμούχαρη,ψάρεμα,βόλτες με τα πόδια στον Αη Γιάννη! Το σπίτι είναι ένα μικρό διαμαντάκι στη παραλία Παπά Νερό Πηλίου ! Το σπιτι της ευτυχίας!!!

Kissos is a small beautiful and picturesque village, surrounded by dense vegetation, which is located 52km from Volos through Portaria , at an altitude of 660m. You can also arrive to Kissos by cutting a road, through the new road that passes by the ski resort of Chania. There are many grocerys and restaurants around the village square (kissos), by car is about 1500m, and by pathway is about 350m from home There are many beautifull beaches at the footheels, and the nearest is about 6.5km
