Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Kissimmee

13 of us stayed. Great location, house was clean and the pool/hot tub were nice and warm (we paid for heating). There is a 7-Eleven and a Publix within a mile of the house so anything you may need is close enough. Would recommend staying here!

This is the second time we stayed at this house. Maria's house is beautiful, clean, and well kept. She is extremely responsive to all of our needs and checked in on us during our stay to see how she can help make our stay better. The house is spacious and fit our family of 9 very comfortably. The baby accessories, such as a bathtub, high chair, and crib, were very helpful. Maria is an excellent host!

Nanda's place was wonderful. the kitchen had everything you need and more for a long stay. The house was large and very clean, and it was close to alot of restaurants. the pool area is a little smaller than I anticipated but they are building a Waterpark in the neighborhood. Hopefully for next time we visit. Since we were staying at Nanda's place we were able to use another local waterpark a few miles away. Nanda was responsive when I had any questions. We were able to order dinner and groceries with no problem as long as it was before 9pm it seemed. The pool was cleaned/ maintained a few times during our stay to insure it was ready for us to swim. If you happen to have a big group know that the trash is taken daily but please make sure you put it in bags before you put it in the outside trash or they will not take it. I could see us coming back again again especially when the Waterpark is all done. Thank you Nanda for being an amazing host for my annual family vacation, we loved it.

The house was great, very clean and the resort overall was amazing with a nice community pool/restaurant area. They do state that the towels are limited but they could supply more than one towel per person. It’s is inconvenient to have to keep washing towels. Also, they said that house was more childproof with things such as outlet covers but they were not. Overall, I would recommend this location, it was a great stay in a beautiful, clean house but it was a little difficult with young children.

Lovely villa we had four children with us and they absolutely loved the bedrooms and the games room. Very well stocked kitchen plates cups etc. very clean and well situated

Simply spectacular!!!! Thank you for a great hostess, she was always available and answered the requests. The house is fantastic in a very nice, safe and safe unit. Very clean, spacious and organized. Close to the parks and important places of Orlando. In the house they left us information about the city, activities, restaurants, mall, etc. that served us a lot. We didn't want to leave I would go back 100 times without any hesitation.

No regrets at all in choosing this airb&b to host a birthday weekend with friends. The home looks exactly like the photos and our guests loved the selection. The host was amazing at communicating from the time that the home was booked until after check out. I came fully prepared but truly didn’t need to since the home was already stocked with the necessary essentials. The only cons were that the AC would auto heat up downstairs @ 6:30am each morning even when we tried to adjust this & that there was quite a few strands of someone’s hair in our downstairs master bathroom when we checked in. These however did not affect how much we enjoyed this home and I would recommend this home and this host. The pool table, movie theater, pool, and game room make for an entertaining stay!

Alberto’s place was great! The place was super clean and just as described. Alberto gave clear and accurate instructions and everything was easy to follow, definitely made our stay peaceful and enjoyable.

We were in town for my sons baseball tournament and this place was perfect. It was in a very convenient location, close to many things, and only 35 minutes from Disney springs. We appreciate that animals were allowed and that it was easy to walk a dog through the neighborhood.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication easy from start to finish.

My family and I stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. The apartment was very clean and wonderfully decorated. It is inside a large resort that is gated but was easy to get inside and find. The two pools in the resort were clean and had a great bar with delicious drinks for the adults and smoothies for the kids. The apartment is right next to a strip mall with a large grocery store and some restaurants. It was very convenient for us to walk there to eat or pick up anything we needed. My only complaints are that the apartment smelled a bit musty (but was still very clean), and the host was slow to respond to my questions. Still, I would definitely recommend staying here, and I will again should I ever find myself in Orlando!

This review is based on my interaction with the actual homeowner, Brenda. NOT THE COMPANY EVOLVE. Brenda was not notified that we were checking in. We arrived late in the evening and she woke up shocked to see our car, as soon as we explained we had reserved she was so apologetic as she hadn't prepped as she would normally do for guests - she did that prep when we were out the first day of our stay and was great to deal with. I will NEVER rent through Airbnb unless I am renting directly from the homeowner. I did send an email when we arrived with concerns and received a canned response email the next day, no phone calls - again - If you are renting from Airbnb only deal directly with the owner!!

Great Place. Spacious and good walking to convention center. Close to pool. As for everyone's thoughts on the AC noise from the window, there is a small fan in closet, if you turn that on you don't hear it.

Never had a better location!! Perfectly in between everything you could want to do in Orlando! Has a great view of water and close to the pool area. Loved everything about it, we will be back!

This is our 2nd year staying at Windsor Hills through Vacasa. We love it and can’t wait to come back!
