Holiday houses in Kirkpatrick-Fleming

Had a fabulous 2 nights at the cottage with my Mum. The cottage was cosy, warm and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking a meal in one night and the other we drove 5 minutes to the local pub which served great food. We enjoyed 2 days hiking, the location was perfect for us. Coming back to a hot tub was the best feeling when you legs and feet are aching! The cottage it surrounded by fields and sheep, it was absolutely stunning. Amy was really helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at mini-moon. The cottage was modern, light and clean. The modern interior and home comforts made our stay feel luxurious. The copper bath is a lovely touch. Everything you needed was supplied. Nicola was a fantastic host, she was available whenever you needed her.

A really lovely accomodation that met our needs. Spacious caravan that easily accomodared 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 dogs. We felt at home there and it was really well equipped. The site where it is situated is idyllic and beautiful with lovely walks and beaches. We qould love to return for a longer stay to explore more of this beautiful piece of Scotland. Just back from three nights and we had such a wonderful time. The property is in a great location with it being walking distance to bowness but also secluded. Kitchen amenities all great, excellent spec bathroom and very clean all round. We had a couple of questions which were answered very quickly. Highly recommend and we will be booking again.

Absolutely perfect! We love staying here, it has everything you need to feel immediately at home, relaxed and comfortable. The surrounding countryside is just beautiful and the views from the hot tub are what makes staying here even more special! Catherine and Ian are very attentive hosts and Catherine was very responsive to any questions we had. We love this cottage and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, private, relaxing and very special place to stay in the Lake District.

We absolutely loved our Christmas at Seaglass Cottage. The hosts were great, answered any questions, gave us detailed instructions for check-in and even put up a Christmas tree and decorations for us. We were very lucky with the weather, enjoying walks along the beach right outside, we even found some seaglass (we felt like children!). The property was very clean, the bedding smelled so fresh, the kitchen had everything you might need, very clean bathroom and handy downstairs loo. Every evening we would sit in the cosy conservatory enjoying a glass of wine, watching the sun go down, people walking along the beachpath with their dogs and then into the lounge for a real log fire. It was perfect and we can't wait to return!

Another wonderful stay at Red Stables. The views from the lounge and hot tub are to die for, you're absolutely in the middle of the countryside and it's so quiet and peaceful. Head to the tub to completely wind down or stay connected via the high speed WiFi if you must! You can stream movies or your favourites on the internet connected Tv. Plus there's a great Farm Shop and Cafe five minutes away in the car. Highly recommended.

For what our group wanted it was perfect not a bad word to say about the place, perfect or group weekend away in the country side just what a place!
