This unique place has a style all of its own. The Bothy is newly renovated and offers a peaceful, coastal getaway for 2. It is a twin bedded studio cottage with a separate bathroom and shower. There is a microwave, electric hob, toaster and kettle in the kitchen area. Dining table and chairs. Wall mounted TV and WiFi. There are several quiet beaches with wonderful coastlines to explore within walking distance. There is also the stunning St Medan Golf Course that welcomes visitors all year round.

Nook ( Carsluith holiday lodges) is a beautiful off- grid spacious lodge with a wood fired hot tub and stunning views across the Cree estuary. It is completely off grid so no tv or sockets only usb charging points in the bedroom. The lodge is pet friendly (max 2 medium dogs) for free sits in its own grassed fenced area on our 12 acre smallholding . We are situated close to the Galloway forest which is the famous for its starry dark skies and also has great mountain biking and walking close by.

The kitchenette includes a sink, fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave. Please note, there's no oven/hob. There's plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. There's broadband & Freesat TV. You'll find a hanging rail & chest of drawers for storage. The cabin is in a separate area of the property with its own private garden/patio. Parking is available.

The property is situated in a wonderfully peaceful spot in Minnigaff, at the end of a quiet lane, and there is a footpath directly opposite. Despite the quiet location it is within easy walking distance of local pubs and eateries. Newton Stewart is ideally situated between the countryside and coast of the Machars and the Galloway Forest (dark sky) Park.

Enjoy wonderful views of the Ennerdale fells, extending to Pillar and Steeple. The spacious, comfortable accommodation forms the main section of a larger semi-detached property. You will have the house to yourselves - we will be far away, but contactable should you have any questions or issues. It's self check-in and check-out. There are many good and varied walks nearby, as well as scenic drives and gastro pubs. You will need to bring groceries with you - breakfast is not supplied.

A two bedroom, two hundred year old cottage, Tide View is situated centrally in Scotland's book town, Wigtown. With stunning views over the bay and Galloway hills, you can relax with the whole family or friends. This beautiful area of Galloway has wonderful beaches, scenic hills and forests. A well behaved dog is welcome, the house is fully fenced (1.3m high at lowest point) and there are dog walking areas at the doorstep and a children's play park 50m away.

We are between 10/30 mins from 3 of the 7stanes cycling trails and 6 miles from several beaches or hills for walking. You are 5 mins drive away from the market town of Castle Douglas.
