Surrounded by fields and fells, it's an ideal base for exploring the many beautiful locations within easy reach, including the North Pennines National Landscape, the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. The Eden Valley is primarily walking country, and there's an excellent choice of routes in the area. The village is a 15 minute walk away, and has a bar/restaurant, two cafes and a chippy, as well as a shop for everyday groceries.

2 miles from Kirby Stephen, annexe to the main house with own entrance and use of garden in front of the property, outdoor seating. Own front door and a small porch area . We welcome dogs to stay. Bathroom with step into the large shower and non slip mat available , a living and kitchen area with a comfy sofa, table and chairs and a cooker and hob ( no cooker extractor) microwave and fridge. A door leads off the living and kitchen area to a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
