In summer, the town flourishes with activities such as golf, hiking in the surrounding mountains, cycling on the road and in the terrain, as well as an impressive water park, where access is free.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Die Ortstaxe in Höhe von 2,80 EUR/Nacht/Person ab dem 15.Lebensjahr ist im Preis exkludiert und in bar bei der Ankunft zu bezahlen. Die Küche ist zum Kochen ausgestattet, es gibt aber KEINE Lebensmittel/Öl/Zucker. Keine Haustiere erlaubt. Bettwäsche, Hand- und Duschtücher (1 Set/Person) sind inkludiert.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
