Villa holiday rentals in Kinta District

Great spot for large groups visiting Ipoh together. We stayed over CNY and really enjoyed having a spacious house to hangout all together. The two bedrooms on the ground floor were convenient for elderly. Host was communicative and the entire process was very smooth.

Will book again in future

We had an amazing stay! The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped to accommodate our large family group comfortably. Plenty of bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and a large common area made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the outdoor space was perfect for kids to play and for group gatherings. Mr Lee was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. Highly recommend for family reunions or group getaways!

Very clean and well kept

The house is clean, spacious, and has a nice international vibe. It’s a great spot to enjoy the good weather and a cozy stay. Plus, it’s just a 3-minute walk to the night market, which is super convenient. There are plenty of bathrooms, all newly renovated, and the fresh flowers around the house make it feel really welcoming. The kitchen and dining area are big and open, with a nice garden view and plenty of fresh air. The kitchen is also fully stocked with utensils and pots, so cooking is a breeze. It’s the perfect place for a family gathering—especially for a steamboat night with fresh Cameron Highlands veggies. On top of that, the host is super warm and made us feel right at home. Definitely worth renting!

A very cozy and spacious house, my family of 16 are very satisfied to spend 3d2n at this place. House is very clean, pool is clean and maintained, we used the bbq pit and love the fact that it’s at the corner back so the smoke won’t go to front of house, toilets are clean, master bedroom VERY spacious and lots of extra bed provided. We are so happy and will come again for sure.

overall our stay is enjoying and superb. it would be nice if they provide a washer & dryer.. since we check in and raining all day. :-). dryer will be very great 😃

place is nice & comfortable，good for family trip or gathering.. and love bbq on the roof with cold weather😁

the place is as per photo and listed. Jacuzzi maybe not ideal for group stay. the floor maybe slippery if wet and can be dangerous. bathroom is open concept that is also not suitable for us staying mixed gender and big group. we checked in big group, the place is spacious and comfortable for good family bonding. except the plates, bowls, cups, fork and spoons are not enough for all of us for 3D2N. owner prepared single used plastic plates, spoon, chopsticks and cups but we prefer utensils we used at home to have the homestay feel. location is strategic with good restaurants nearby. overall, it was great and comfortable place, well equipped and Fennie is a very pleasant owner to deal with. she is very friendly and attentive. thank you and we will come back again.
