Self contained guest annex with its own entrance. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a small sitting room. This is very much a budget home listing suitable for those visiting family, short term workers to town and holiday travellers who are independent and not too fussy. This is a private residence not a commercial bed and breakfast and we have been popular as a low cost alternative to expensive hotels. PLEASE NOTE I do not offer EARLY Check-in. The house is on Stoney Steps. It is a SMALL townhouse located one minute stroll to the the centre of Kinsale. It is very close to all restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. You can park your car and walk to all the amenities the town has to offer. The property is cosy. There is an outdoor space with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evenings. The town is close to beaches and the wonderful coastline of the Wild Atlantic Way.
