Αγαπητοί επισκέπτες, Καλώς ήρθατε στη μαγευτική μας εξοχική κατοικία, όπου η παράδοση συναντά τη σύγχρονη αισθητική! Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στο κέντρο του χωριού Ποταμιάς, ακριβώς μπροστά από τον γνωστό Πλάτανο. Στα 5 μ. υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ , φούρνος , καφέ και δυο εστιατόρια . Η θάλασσα απέχει 3 χιλ (10-15 λεπτά ). μόνο. Χώρος πάρκινγκ υπάρχει άφθονος περιμετρικά του σπιτιού που είναι δωρεάν. Το διαμέρισμα είναι full εξοπλισμένο για να καλύψει κάθε ανάγκη. Wi-fi super !

Our Spacious Deluxe Triple Studios (ca. 30m2) are located either on the first or the ground floor of the accommodation and can be either one-room or two room studios. They are equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Studios have also a large wardrobe, air-condition, balconies, wi-fi and all the necessary bathroom and room amenities. Baby cot available on request.

A bright and cheerful maisonette with a superb location, only 1 - 2 minutes walk to the beach. It is situated on a small hill thereby offering magnificent views of the entire bay of Golden Beach. The maisonette has two double beds . There are three balconies offering incredible views. The property is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free.
