Holiday rentals with a patio in Kini

If you are looking for a place with all conveniences, a wellness spa feel and superquiet nights, despites sleeping only a 5 minute walk from the Agiothopes beach: don.t look any further. You found a place where you can enjoy and relax some peacefull days, choosing either the pool or discovering cute little beaches surrounding the bay like a jweled necklage; some pebbled, some perfect for sunset and swimming, all with a delicious seabreeze and lazy shade. Within the jewelbox of Poseidonia you'll also find calm restaurants like the Perroquet Tranquille and taverna's around the corner, to discover with gourmandise for joy and taste. and the bay,s best Bakery patissier in Finikas. Do not even try the little choclate cakes, if you're hesitant to stay; because these will win you over forever. The owners are gentle helpfull calm people, that make you feel at ease like the Poseidonia breeze.

We absolutely loved this place, it was spacious, beautiful, very high end with carefully thought out furnishings and everything to make us feel comfortable, the views were to die for and we felt very special sitting on the balcony and watching the sea. The linens were top notch and it was wonderful to have an oversized towel. Panagiotis has catered for everything. We lived staying here and would recommend

Niki and her Mum are best of super hosts!! Their little touches, gifts and home cooked delicacies just make you feel so valued. The apartment itself is just so much more than the photos show. The views are spectacular and as well as being beautifully appointed it is pristine in cleanliness!! We loved our stay and would recommend in a heartbeat!! Stayed for a week and was perfect. A bit of a walk to the town but regular buses all over the island. Everything you’d need in the kitchen and everything worked efficiently. Outside area was lovely in the evening and amazing bakery opposite. Maria was very helpful with quick responses and great recommendations. An overall perfect stay!

Had a wonderful time here, Georgios is an excellent host. Place is even more beautiful than the photos, with a stunning view of Syros and a lovely courtyard to hang out and watch the sunset. Ano Syros is charming and rustic, always felt safe and enjoyed exploring by foot. Georgios was very responsive to all messages, super helpful, and gave good recommendations. Overall absolutely recommend this place and host (as long as you’re good walking up some stairs)!

When we come back to Syros this will be our place of choice. The apartment was impeccable and exactly as listed. The host and his mother were absolutely fantastic during our entire stay. Modern comfortable apartment. Small kitchen and bathroom but worked fine for our 4 day stay. Lovely and clean. Slightly out of centre of town and port but easy walk of about 10 minutes. In residential area but private and nice courtyard and garden. Close to supermarket and 5 minutes from bus depot. Aggelo was quick to answer any questions.

We traveled to 3 different islands on this trip and Elpida's place was our absolute favorite. To begin with, Elpida is super responsive; she always answered our questions within 15 minutes. In advance of our stay, she helped us with renting a car and she also allowed us an early check-in. She had great recommendations for restaurants (it was during Greek Easter). The house is wonderful. Well appointed with everything you need. Elpida has a great sense of style and the house felt like checking into a luxury spa. Bathrooms with necessities, fridge with goodies, and some wonderful treats (painted Easter eggs and local Easter sweets). Lovely pool, beach towels, great patio. We like to cook in the evening and the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal.. The beds are very comfortable with different firmness pillows, which is great. If you are traveling to Syros, we highly recommend Elpida's place. You will not be disappointed! *****

My experience at Eirini's home in Kini, Syros, was really positive. The location of the house is excellent, a short walk from the sea and with a great view, perfect for those who love to experience the authentic atmosphere of the island. The house is well organized, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although there is a rather lively cocktail bar below the house, for us it was not a problem, in fact, it added a touch of liveliness to the summer evenings, as is normal in Greece during the Ferragosto period. We explored the east coast of the island, visiting spectacular and uncrowded beaches, ideal for those looking for tranquility even in high season. I highly recommend a boat ride from the port of Kini, an unmissable experience to discover the most remote beaches on the island. The local aquarium is a small gem, perfect for a break from the sun. In short, a beautiful stay in a strategic location with warm and attentive hospitality.

We had a great stay at this stylish home in Ermoupoli! The location is perfect—close to shops, cafes, and everything you need to explore Syros. The apartment is just as described: cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. A special thanks to our host, Nontas, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He responded quickly to any messages, and when we had a small issue, he immediately sent someone to fix it. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this beautiful island!

We were very happy with the room, it was clean the owner had provided for all the useful appliances and cleaners which was very convenient for us! The communication with the owner was immediate with friendly willingness to serve us for anything we needed. I highly recommend it!

The villa is beautiful, spacious and peaceful with spectacular views over the harbor at Kini and the Aegean Sea. The patio and pool were perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets. There is a short, steep walk to local beaches and restaurants in Kini, while Ermopouli and several other villages are around 20 minutes' drive away. Gavin is a thoughtful host and was extremely helpful and very responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again, or to recommend this villa.

Svein's house is beautifully located, perched on a very quiet hill with no close neighbours and breathtaking views onto the sea and Kini beach. The closest village is Kini, approx. 5-7mn drive away. Delfini beach is a 3mn drive away. Ermopouli, the main town, 20mn away. The villa is very spacious, sparkling clean and decorated with care - the owners, Svein and Grethe, have made the house very comfortable and super well equipped, including the kitchen - a home away from home! Jim, the co-host, was fantastic - very friendly, responsive and attentive. You definitely need a car. The house is suited to people looking for quiet surroundings (no nearby busy road or villa, just some fields and the rocky hills). You'll need to bring only biodegradable/over 95% natural toiletries to respect the environment and the plumbing system. The only downside was the absence of aircon in the bedrooms, making for very difficult nights but aircon is about to be put everywhere so no problem in the future!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Theos Airbnb! The place was even better than expected – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. The location was perfect with amazing views plus was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend !!

I had an amazing stay at Zafiro's place! She was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to suggest a variety of activities, restaurants, and hidden gems on Paros. She was also very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend her to any traveler and would definitely stay at her home again!

Loved this place. Stayed here with our 15,12 year old boys. Small place but comfortable and we were enjoying the beach and town anyways. The host was great and responsive. Everything was flawless really. Nikos was super helpful too in helping us with transport and also booking some water adventures. Truly a relaxing experience.
