The whole apartment is available for your private stay. There is a separate rear door entry to the top level via a lane way. Your host won’t be on the property but they’ll be available for anything you need during your stay. We are only a phone call or email away and will not be too far away. Seddon is an inner city suburb with a friendly demographic that enjoys the cafe and coffee culture. There are small parks speckled throughout the suburb and people will always greet you with a smile as they pass you by. There is a train station with walking distance away and takes 4 stops to arrive within the Melbourne City CBD. If you have a rental car, you can park about 20 meteres away from the apartment with no restrictions. The apartment is located on the top level of a retail store with a private entry from the rear lane.

The apartment is on Wurundjeri Country on the border of Kingsville, Seddon and West Footscray. It’s spacious and unique, and is conveniently close to public transport, cafes, shops and the Footscray market. Located on the top floor of a boutique apartment block, it is light-filled and open-planned with a fully equipped kitchen, wifi and split system air conditioning. Enjoy the sunset and view from the large balcony. The whole group will be comfortable in this relaxing, unique space.

Keep it simple at this quiet, centrally located bungalow. It's cute and cosy as well as being close to parks, shops, cafes, public transport and the Melbourne CBD, a quick train ride from Seddon station. Fully self contained with bathroom and kitchenette and a small outdoor courtyard and split system heating/cooling. Great views of the garden and a bright and airy space that feels bigger than it is. Private entrance keeps you separate from the hosts. But we're here if you need us.

Close to the Maribrynong river, 13 mins walk to Footscray station and 11 mins on the train to the city. Footscray is a thriving suburb of multiculturalism. Just added a smart tv with Free Netflix. Bathed in light from a skylight rather than a window. The studio is upstairs ( 2nd floor) with no lift. I live next door.
