This room is located on the lower level walk out of my home and private bathroom. This is 1 of 3 rooms I offer. I live and work from my home. I have 2 goldens , Louisa 8, Greta is 4. No kitchen access. However, a 3 course Nordic breakfast is served at 9am with your stay. The home has multiple spaces both in and out for use. Please bring slippers or socks to wear inside my home. Highly recommend a car. Uber is expensive. Please check in prior to 9pm. Prefer 5 star guests and sorry no children.

Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

Arnold Farmhouse (Italianate - private bath)

Room with an attached bathroom and private entrance. Enjoy the porch, garden, honey bees, the old farm & fields, situated on the Valatie Kill in a quaint hamlet. The AH Bike Trail is just around the corner. If you come by bike, we can safely store the bike in the garage opposite the barn. Larkin Hill, Kinderhook Creek & Hunt Club are close. Schodack Island state park is 15 min. Van Buren house is 15 also. It is a wonderful spot to get some real fresh air.

Inn Room Double Twin

Comfortable, rustic Catskills 1940s motel room with two twin beds, a quick walk from the Esopus Creek and Main Street Phoenicia. Miles of amazing hikes nearby, 10 minutes to skiing. This Inn Room features two twin beds, private bathroom with shower, mini fridge, Cable TV with DVD player (and access to our popular DVD library), and shared outdoor common areas with picnic tables, charcoal grill and seasonal firepit. Located on 7 acres in Beacon, NY, our place is a short ride to Main Street and family-friendly activities including art galleries, restaurants, museums, hiking and sightseeing. The nightlife is lively especially on Second Saturday, and you are only little over an hour by train to NYC. You'll love the secluded ridge location, and your friendly host and hostess.

VlyHouse - Room 4

Our home sits on 16 acres of land including 2 beautiful swamps filled with amazing wildlife. The Vly Life is located in the very tranquil area known as the Vly in Stone Ridge, just two hours from NYC. We are centrally located, 25 minute drive to New Paltz, Woodstock and Kingston. All beds have down bedding and pillows along with lush towels. No detail has been forgotten. Come stay with us!

The Suminski Innski is a 3-storied 19th century mansion, perched right on the Hudson River. A great place for writers, artists, musicians, hikers, and friends. Room 4 is a beautiful big room with a queen bed and a garden view. Fresh breakfast is provided every morning!
