Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kingston

Cathy is an extraordinary host. She is pleasant and takes good care of her guests. She treats them well. I will not hesitate to go back.

We enjoyed our stay at Bibin's place. His communication was good and even gave us an early check in. The house is exceptionally clean with modern decor. I loved the hardwood floors. The wifi was fast and cable TV worked well. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. The air conditioning was perfect during a hot spell. The neighborhood is an established one and very quiet. I enjoyed many early morning and late night walks with our dog, admiring the flowers in many of the yards. Bibin left us eggs, bread, coffee and fruits which was a delightful touch! While the downstairs is rented out (shared driveway), the occupants were quiet. Overall we would not hesitate to book Bibin's airbnb again.

Janine was a great host. Friendly and incredibly helpful. Our stay was lovely. She made a delicious breakfast of home made fresh muffins, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, vegetable tray, yogurt and delish coffee with an array of teas availed with local honey. We were very happy and would recommend to family and friends and comeback when in the area! Thanks 🙏 so much Janine !

Excellent location near the waterfront with plenty of museums nearby. There's a fantastic coffee shop around the corner and plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. I couldn't have picked a more perfect place for my stay. Joan's place was incredibly cozy. She even packed it full of thoughtful extras like bubble bath and epsom salts for the clawfoot tub. Joan was so incredibly helpful and kind. I wish I could give her extra stars as a host!

the place was very clean, kept with care from the laundry to the kitchen, everything seems new and well placed, way more room than the photo would show. the outside is private enough to make you feel in a little shelter of yours, but open enough to let you enjoy the outside view completely ( trees, little park on the rear left). Vincent was very nice and disponible. was there to answer any questions and very reactive. felt at home, felt welcome with all the little attentions and things prepared in the kitchen ( oil, egg, milk, etc etc) and in the bathroom ( even if you forget your toothbrush, there is some !) thank you Vincent for everything and that amazing place. love the wood on the ceiling, the lighting and global feel of the place.I recommend it 100% big plus : stores & restaurants around the place everywhere!

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly accommodating and maintained excellent communication throughout, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. It really felt like they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again!

Had a great time staying with Julie for our mini 1-year Anniversary getaway. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants in town, local bakery and a sandwich shop 5-10 minute walk down the road, close to the beach and the town near by. Since Julie is a great cook, I made a special desert request which she obliged with, was amazing! This was our first time staying at a BnB and is was much like staying with your aunt haha :) We got in late at night from going out on the town and that wasn't an issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this BnB to others looking for a legit BnB. Thanks Julie!

Jane was a fantastic host! Very communicative and the place is exactly as listed. The backyard is beautiful and peaceful. Jane also added extra touches with some treats to cook over the firepit and one night came home to a freshly baked blueberry lemon loaf!! What a great surprise. Thanks Jane 😄

Melisha was so nice and made us feel right at home. Everything was so accommodating for us traveling with our 8 month old. She thought of all the needs we may have and then some. Waking up to seeing horses outside the window was a dream come true. Truly a beautiful and clean place to stay.

The Brownstone on the Stoop was perfect for what we needed. Her place was very clean. Would recommend to anyone

Tim was easy to get ahold of and very friendly and responsive. Great location! Very close to the center of town!

I loved the atmosphere of her beautiful home. Nicely decorated, interesting art, pool and gazebo. Cindy is an excellent cook and breakfast was delicious and presentation in the dinning room was first class. Soft music played in the background.

My husband and I loved Stephanie’s bed & breakfast. We stayed in the blue room that featured a very comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette that had everything we needed, and an updated full bathroom. Stephanie was friendly and so easy to talk to - we felt right at home. We appreciated the morning continental breakfast delivered right to our door in the morning. Stephanie’s place is located in the heart of Westport in walking distance to the water/docks, and many restaurants including the iconic Cove. We even walked to a local winery and took a long hike up on Foley Mountain trail. I highly recommend the Victorian Luxury Suites!

We had a wonderful stay in The Caspian room. The room was comfortable and had a really unique vibe--rustic and yet every amenity was covered. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the gardens and visiting the goats, chickens and geese. Breakfast was spectacular, and thank you for the dietary accommodation. we will be back!

Deb's welcoming nature was evident in her pristine gardens and property and ease of communication. The scent of fresh flowers from her immaculate garden enchanted my arrival. Deb's open and friendly nature was appreciated during my stay. Close to the main highway for those wanting a nights respite or to stay for a few days and enjoy tranquility. Her dogs were lovely to meet and seemed just as welcoming and excited to greet a new guest. Each room is themed Victorian or Parisian style with attention to detail unparalleled for an airbnb. Experiencing one of those original human connection, friendly B&B experiences was truly appreciated and highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming bed and breakfast! The peaceful atmosphere and rustic charm made it the perfect escape for a girls night. The food was incredible—each meal was homemade, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Claire & Matt were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We had a really nice stay at Jody and Geoffs! We were a bit early in Gananoque because we had to catch our cruise and were able to check in early, which was very nice. The accomodation was clean and super cozy, we felt right at home. Also the breakfast was insanely delicious, thank you Geoff :)

We cannot say enough good things about our stay, both for ourselves and how welcoming Consuelo was to our dog Eevee. Would not hesitate to stay with them again, especially to continue to explore and have fun in the Prince Edward County, Napanee region.

Sherlyn and her husband were lovely hosts. As I was there to work the next day and had to leave earky morning, Sherlyn made sure I had a breakfast to go. The room I stayed in was small (good for 1 person, but not 2) but all that I needed. There was an in-window airconditioner so I was able to control the temperature to my liking.
