Townhouse holiday rentals in Brooklyn

We easily took the subway all over the city from here. We recommend getting the app. We enjoyed a couple of spots Martin recommended in the neighborhood on our first evening in.

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and well located for exploring the neighbourhood and getting to Manhattan. Ainslie was a great host that communicated well - we would stay here again.

This is a rare 3-bedroom in NYC that was very family friendly for us - had a baby gate on the stairs, portable high chairs, and a few toys and baby plates. Its location is also right by a park with a playground which was great for the kiddos to have a nearby place to get around. Solid wifi and TV as well. From the back 2 bedrooms we didn't have any issues with noise but there is apartment above the front bedroom which did hear some noise on weekend nights. Sarah the host was extremely communicative and helpful when we wanted the back patio tidied up and some additional supplies.

We recently stayed at Lexia's place and found it to be a comfortable and cozy option with everything one might need for a pleasant stay. Lexia was also very friendly and responsive throughout the process. One thing to note is that the neighbourhood is located quite a distance from the city center, so it's something to keep in mind for transportation.

Had a very enjoyable time during my stay. Hosts were very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Gave lots of great recommendations for dinner spots and shopping. The house was very comfortable, clean, and cute. Will definitely be booking again!

Great stay in Bed Stuy! 15-20 min walk to nearby stations, host is very responsive and very spacious for our group of 4! Wish we could’ve made more use of the outside area especially in the summer - it’s gorgeous!

The place was great! Leecia welcomed us, explained everything and gave tips for the area. You can reach the next train in about 10 minutes and are in Manhattan in about 30-40 minutes. You couldn't lock the door to the room from the outside, but we didn't think that was bad. Eggs in Leecia's description - they are busy with their own life. Personally, the bed was a little too hard, but that's always a matter of taste. The fact is, you don't get the same size or helpfulness for the same money as there! An absolute recommendation!

Elizabeth was a fabulous host! She was responsive to messages and was right there at check-in to greet me and give me the keys. The apartment had plenty of space - 1 queen and 1 twin, and was spotless! I was a 10 min walk to the family I came into town to see, which was perfect for me. She has a cute covered patio in the front of the house, which was an added bonus! I will definitely stay at Elizabeth’s place again when I come back to visit family.

Both hosts were incredibly hospitable and friendly. The house has a warm, welcoming scent and truly feels like home—if home were a beautiful historic property from the 1800s. It has an authentic New York City area vibe, even though it’s located in New Jersey. The green room was very comfortable and quiet. Light sleepers should know there’s a school across the street, so mornings can be a bit lively, but I personally sleep with noise-canceling headphones and didn’t mind. It wasn’t disruptive at all—just something to be aware of. The shared bathroom situation was totally fine. I never ran into any of the other guests during my stay, and the bathroom itself was clean and comfortable. One of my favorite parts was how easy it was to get to the PATH station—just a short walk and you’re less than 20 minutes from the World Trade Center and the rest of the NYC subway network. The trains run late, so you can enjoy nights out in Manhattan and then come back to a peaceful neighborhood.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was as described. it was very spacious and comfortable. We didn't get a chance to sit in the backyard but it did look inviting. The Path Grove Station was a short 4 minute walk. There are so many places to eat, bars to relax and just places to hang out, all in walking distance. We all agreed we would love to stay again!

Leigh's place is great! Very comfortable, I enjoyed every sound sleep at Leigh's place. 5 min walk to Path station and easy to NYC. I hope I could stay with Leigh's place if I will pay visit back! Highly suggested.

The place is exactly like what it described and shown on pictures. Monica is always responsive and very clear with all the instructions needed. the place quite walkable to the path station. overall its a great place to stay if youre visit jersey city and trying to visit NYC. The path makes commute Manhattan is easy.

Absolutely loved our stay! Location was perfect! Plenty to see and do in the area, and lots of transportation options and connections to explore beyond. Bernadette was an incredible host and was very friendly, she was very responsive and even had a list of cute things to do around the neighborhood! Overall a fantastic experience, I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Alaric's beautiful victorian home. Alaric is a friendly and engaging host with wonderful stories about his home. The room and private bathroom were cozy and clean, and, perfect for our one night stay. The neighborhood was quiet with many options for dining within walking distance.

We absolutely loved staying at Christinas place over Christmas. The house is as gorgeous as it looks and we felt right at home. The train station and ferry are in walking distance and great restaurants are just around the corner.

We had a great experience staying at Christopher’s townhouse for my brother’s graduation! Nice location, and had a lot of privacy considering we were in one of the busiest cities in the world. Would highly recommend!

I'd love to stay here again anytime, perfect place for 4 people for a New York visit! There was only one negative, which was mentioned in previous reviews, but it was really noticeable that the residents on the upper level were very loud even in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, all the noise sounded like it was happening right next to us. This was quite disturbing. Despite this, the accommodation itself was great and we thank Amalia!

Jiyoun is by far the best host I’ve ever met, with the most pretty home. The property makes you feel right at home, with beautiful furniture, lots of plants and a cute and friendly four-legged friend. Jiyoun is kind and responded to all of my queries in no time. Would totally recommend this! Everything was super smooth!
