Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Brooklyn

Had a wonderful stay at Marcelo's place. He was always responsive to questions about anything and very quick to respond to any issues in the property. I liked that it was very close to the bus stop for the bus to New York City (Port Authority Bus Terminal). There is a shared full kitchen if you want to use it for breakfast or cooking meals. And also shared washer and dryer which is luxury.

The view from the front balconies of this house was fantastic! We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers stay for a long weekend. Plenty of room for all of us to each have our own bedroom. The location is great, we could walk to train station, the boardwalk is right in front of you, with the beach just beyond that. Playground just down one block. The master suite is very pleasant, with a huge soaking tub to relax in. Be ready to do some stair climbing to get in, but if that is the price to pay for the views it is worth it! You have to come up two flights of stairs to get into the main floor of the unit, and the master suite is on the third floor, providing great privacy. Beds were comfortable, unit was nicely decorated. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Edwin was a great host who provided timely responses to any of our questions.

The stay at this home was so lovely. It was super clean & comfortable. Each room was an even temperature & very cozy. Not to mention the location was perfect. You are literally within walking distance to amenities, supermarkets, restaurants and retail stores. It's and easy 15 min drive to Metlife Stadium and The American Dream mall which was such an experience. This home comfortably fit 8 people with room to spare. I will have to say my family and I gave our stay a 10 out of 10. Thank you Peretz!

Both Francisco and Amanda were very responsive and quick to accommodate to my needs as a guest! Probably the communication I’ve gotten from a host thus far! Their home was clean and matched the pictures! I would definitely recommend staying with them!

Place was as described. I reserved the entire apartment but when I got there they said I was only allowed to use 1 bedroom. They have in fine print that though you have the entire apartment you only get one bedroom. It was ridiculous. They need to convey the message better and remove the entire for people who want the truly entire apartment so they know. A bit misleading for “entire” apartment.

Robert was a great host super friendly and a great house. My family enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house and location to anyone. Can’t wait to come back.

Manuel's home was absolutely beautiful and a delight to stay in with our large family. Beautiful neighborhood, nicely decorated, and felt right at home (especially with our toddler, older child, and two older parents).
