Holiday rentals with beach access in Kineta

I absolutely loved my stay. I was greeted with so much warmth and kindness by Vangelis who showed Nina’s home thoroughly to me and introduced Poros as an island. Nina’s home felt cozy and comfortable from the get go. I loved reading my book and overlooking the view from the balcony and having many restaurants at an arms reach. The hosts remained communicative all throughout my stay and helped me whenever I had some travel-related questions. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting Poros.

On the water, only 30 minute drive to Delphi. Well appointed, clean, small town center within 10 minutes walking. Very nice place to stay on a roadtrip, could have stayed there longer.

The space is beautiful with an attractive view. You can walk along the boulevard to the village. On Saturday night and night, you can hear some music from a club nearby. You won't be bothered by that.

This was our second time in the apartment and we had a wonderful time again. Super central location and the apartment has everything you need. Alexandros is a great host and helps whenever you have a question. Would come back anytime.

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

Perfect place to stay for relaxing and exploring the area (Epidauros, Mycenae, Nafplio). The apartment is amazing. We loved the scenic panoramic view from the roof top terrace or from the sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed a welcome basket with e.g., a great white wine and coffee. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place to come back.

We had a great stay at the BoHo Beach house! We are really glad that we added an additional night to our original reservation, the apartment was amazing to come back to after a day of hiking and seeing the sites. The beach right in front of the apartment is peaceful, clean, and really hits the spot after a warm day filled with activity. The Boho Beach House is clean, very comfortable, and very nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation is located directly on a small harbor. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. The apartment was very clean and the communication with the host was very quick and easy. He gave us very good tips for excursions.

From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, kindness, and pure positive energy. Mrs. Chara is not just a host—she’s a sunbeam in human form. Imagine this: we walk in, and there’s a bottle of wine waiting for us with a little note for our anniversary. But it didn’t stop there. The place was overflowing with thoughtful touches—fresh fruit, cold drinks, homemade jams, sweets, and local goodies. Every corner whispered care. Every shelf felt like a warm hug. And just when we thought we couldn’t feel more spoiled… she surprised us with handmade gifts. During our stay. After our stay. We’re still recovering emotionally. Who does that? Mrs. Chara. And the cherry on top? You’re just a 10-minute walk from one of the most iconic beaches in Athens. Morning swims, golden hour walks, or stargazing by the shore—it’s all right there.

I stayed at Xanthi's place with my three girlfriends and we had a fantastic time there. The house is lovely and cozy, equipped with everything that we needed. It was very clean and comfortable, with spacious terrace and garden (with turtles in the backyard!). There were fans both in the house and outside, which allowed us to survive the high temperatures. Additionally, all windows and door have an anti mosquitoes net so we didn't have any bugs in the house. Xanthi's house is located walking distance from both ports - Skala and Megalochori. The nearest beach and supermarket are 5 minutes walking from the house. Xanthi is a lovely host- we felt very welcome and she was ready to reply to all our inquiries. She also let us check-in earlier which was much appreciated as we were tired after a long travel. After the check-out we were allowed to leave our luggage on the terrace, as we still had a couple of hours until our ferry was departing. Overally, this was a wonderful stay!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicoletta’s Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, bakeries and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even providing local tips, restaurants , and things to do. Every little detail was clearly considered to ensure a great experience. I especially appreciated the balcony view. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The house is literally right at the water. The final drive down to the house is extremely steep, and with a larger vehicle it was a challenge to turn the car around. We became pros at this about halfway through our 15-night stay!! With only three of us in the house, we had plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the two living rooms (first and second levels). We also enjoyed the multiple decks to sit out and enjoy the water sounds. We used the outside table by the pool a few times and appreciated the extra shade provided by the electric awning. The pool was a bit cold for us, but we did use it. The lichen had everything we needed, which we appreciated. The house far exceeded our expectations!! Rania was very helpful, as she provided great suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc.

Beautiful apartment convenient to Athens International Airport. Worked great for a last night in Greece after returning from the countryside (or islands) before flying out the next morning.

I am glad we chose Kostas place! Kostas was very responsive, answered all my questions before and during my stay. I didn't have to wait long for a reply! His checking in was smooth and informative! The balcony is amazing, so relaxling with amazing views! as a family of 3 it was the perfect Hub for us to go off an explore and come back and relax on the roof terrace untill bedtime! Place was clean and fresh if you thinking about booking do it!!

AMAZING! This place is simply amazing. I've never had that in the many Airbnbs I've been to. Lots of attention on our arrival and perfect communication with Dionysis. A very well-appointed balcony where it is pleasant to sit and a location in a very cute neighborhood and close to the sea. I recommend this accommodation x1000.

Good experience, the place is as pictured. Rooftop is a great place to spend some time. We used this as a 'close to airport' instead of a longer drive from Nafplio. As such we didn't explore the area - seems largely residential, but quite a few restaurants are within walking distance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. Niko's place has a breathtaking view — the scenery alone made the stay worth it! The house itself was clean and cozy. One important note: If you’re arriving by car, definitely follow the instructions carefully. The location is a bit tricky to navigate.
