The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful family weekend with 6 adults and 4 children in the house. We liked the house very much in terms of the layout and furnishings. Everything we needed was there - especially 2 large tables in the living room and on the terrace where we could eat together. Really well suited for larger groups. We also liked the proximity to the forest, the natural lake and the park with beautiful play facilities for young and old. We highly recommend the place.

Beautiful accommodation for many people, especially suitable for family celebrations! We have rarely stayed in such a well-appointed AirBnB. There were all kinds of play opportunities for the children, both indoors and outdoors. The fantastic large garden invites you to linger in the summer or to relax in the evening. It really felt like home. There are pizzerias and ice cream parlours nearby, and also a lot to explore. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, peace, clean, perfect!

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

We had a magical weekend with the family and felt completely comfortable! The kitchen is better equipped than some private households, we lacked absolutely nothing at all. We especially want to highlight the amenities for the children and the place to eat together. All communication was straightforward and accommodating! We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is highly recommended for dog owners. Large property that is fenced. Sleeping places, kitchen, bathroom had everything you need. Arrived with 6 people and three dogs was just great. For me, there is only one point to mention, the stairs are very steep. Our older dog could not run up or down these. She then slept downstairs for the days.

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. Very nicely located house, garden very nice, but access roads very overgrown, so that you got stuck with clothes in the thorns of the roses. Kitchen better equipped than thought/expected. Flour, spices, kitchen scales, aluminum foil, cling film, garbage bags for "normal" basic equipment. Unfortunately no microwave.

We were passing through on motorcycles. We were allowed to park them in the carport - very cool. We were allowed to throw our wet things from the trip into the dryer in the basement for a small tip. The apartment was sparkling clean and we slept wonderfully. We would sleep here again if we were in the region again. Thank you and best regards!

It was great. We had a great break, lots of nature, great scenery, beautiful lakes, every shortage to discover. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Super nice hosts. We are grateful for the beautiful time and look forward to coming back.

All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you were allowed to use it as a guest.

We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the accommodation is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - these were our highlights! Another important thing: the pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighbor's cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

We spent the Pentecost holidays as a family with our 1-year-old daughter and a couple of friends at Stefan and Nici's. Lovingly furnished apartment with an eye for detail. It was all very clean and very well equipped. There was even a play corner, baby dishes, a changing table and a cot. Nici greeted us kindly. There was a welcome drink in the fridge and there was fruit with it. We also received helpful tips for activities and restaurants in the area. Despite the constant rain, we felt very full and can highly recommend the stay!

Doris' accommodation is great for a short holiday with a dog and you almost feel at home. The restaurant on the ground floor bakes delicious pizza and the salad is also great. Of course, you can hear the hustle and bustle on the weekend, but after 10 pm, almost nothing - it didn't bother me. I met the direct neighbours briefly and both were super friendly! The kitchen is functionally furnished and I could easily prepare my food.

Thank you for the lovely stay with you! We felt very comfortable from the first moment and there was nothing missing. A great bakery and beautiful restaurants, as well as the village center are within walking distance. The apartment is a great starting point for hiking or walks. We will be happy to come back!

It was very nice to live in the middle of Kösching and at the same time like in the countryside, in the countryside and silence. Wonderful to be cycling.

It was very nice at the Bühlhof. We particularly liked the dogs, cats, rheas, donkeys, pigs, ducks, chickens, sheep, the trampoline and the large garden with cherry trees :-).

The apartment is spacious, bright and very well maintained – a place where you would like to stay longer. Even though we were only there for a short time, we noticed how much peace and relaxation this place offers. The location is wonderfully quiet, perfect for switching off. We would like to especially highlight the hosts – warm and very helpful. Check-in as well as communication was hassle-free. A clear recommendation, we'd come back anytime!
