Our lovely holiday home, Mary's Cottage, is set in the beautiful North Northumberland countryside just a few miles from the Scottish Borders. In the peaceful village of Branxton, it offers country walks from the door and combines tranquility & style with warmth & comfort. It’s the perfect romantic, rural retreat at any time of the year.

Beautifully Restored Vintage 1930s Threshers Hut

The Harvest hut is a beautiful, award winning, genuine 1930s threshers hut set in its own area of woodland, and features handmade 4 poster bed, luxury organic bedding, woodburning stove, homemade cake of your choice to enjoy on arrival. The hut is a truly romantic place to get away from the rigours of the world, escape and be close to nature, enjoy campfires, fantastic sunsets, visits from red squirrels and amazing starlit nights. Guests have their own personal bathroom with underfloor heating.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

You'll love this unique and romantic escape, perfectly created within a former blacksmith's bothy. Nestled in an area of spectacular scenery, rich in history and tradition, and with an abundance of amazing things to see and do, Petit Bleu is a cosy "coorie" that is ideal for a Scottish Borders getaway or as a base for exploring the best of what Berwickshire and Northumberland have to offer.

Hetton Byre Holiday Cottage

This beautifully presented, semi-detached dog friendly holiday cottage is in an excellent position to visit all the places, scenery and activities Northumberland has to offer. the cottage is sat in between Newcastle and Edinburgh. The friendly small village of Belford/Chatton are around 4 miles away, where there are local facilities including a Co-op, local store, pubs and restaurants.

Northumbrian Pride, Shepherd's Hut, Lowick

This is our fully furnished shepherds hut with double bed, kitchen and bathroom. In beautiful North Northumberland, lovely views over to the sea, countryside and town of Berwick upon Tweed. We are close to Holy Island, Bamburgh and Seahouses. Our hut was custom built on site for guests to enjoy the fantastic places of interest near by. Bedding and towels are provided.

The Blue Bell Inn, Crookham, is set in some of North East England’s most spectacular countryside. Marvel at the views in the Cheviot Hills, take in the dramatic Northumberland coastline or make the short hop over to the beautiful Scottish Borders. Pets ARE NOT allowed in Pub/Hotel rooms. Pets are only allowed in the bar area or if you book The Cottage.

The Bothy

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 3 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers.
