This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Please note the Grounds and external outdoor perimeter of The Barn is protected by CCTV TK Alarm Company. Please know this is a simple place. It once was out buildings, however you will find it warm and homely.

Comfortable, self catering Cottage. Sleeps 4 sharing (max). 3.2km from the historical town of Kells Co Meath. Located along the N52. Perfect location to visit the Boyne Valley Region. 1.6km from the village of Carlanstown, 6.4km from the village of Moynalty. Just off the M3 motorway, 74km from Dublin city center and Dublin Airport. The Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, utensils, crockery, microwave, airfryer, cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedlinen and towels provided.

Adorable 1 bed guesthouse with free onsite parking

Our beautiful self-catering guest house is on the grounds of our own home. Located at the foot of the historic Hill of Slane, overlooking Littlewood Forest and the rambling Boyne Valley, on 3 acres of countryside land. The bungalow is self-contained and situated in a private corner of the grounds, next to our own home. Quiet rural area suited to a couple or small family. Children are always welcome but most suited to families as a base as there are no play areas etc. for them here.

Nestled within the historic grounds of Whitewood House, our award winning 19th century Gatekeeper’s Lodge offers a unique retreat. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, which includes woodlands and a picturesque 18th century designed avenue. This hidden gem is situated on our dairy farm in North Meath, in close proximity to Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. Just an hour from Dublin, the Gatekeeper’s Lodge is the perfect base for exploring all that Ireland has to offer.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Pull out sofa bed comfortably fits 2 more 10minutes from Ardee and Carrickmacross, 45minutes from Dublin airport. Cabra castle and Tankerstown hotels are 10 minutes away. Many coarse fishing lakes within 10minutes of cottage. Dun-a-ri forest Park and long acre alpaca farm are within 10minutes drive

An Lochta

An Lochta is a converted , two story, 19th century grain store, surrounded by a mature and carefully tended garden on a small farm, set in the idyllic rustic peace and quiet of rural Co Meath. Despite our seclusion, we are just 10 minutes from the M1 motorway, 1 hour from Dublin and within easy reach of the major historical sites of Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. (Unfortunately the layout of the building renders it unsuitable for wheelchair users).
