Childwall Cottage

Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

E. Gray house

E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

The Cowshed Cottage on The Greenway & the Sea

The Cowshed Cottage is a lovingly restored Milking parlour with one bedroom, a bathroom & large living area with fully equipped galley kitchen, wifi, sofa that converts to a large double bed, underfloor heating & air con. It retains some of its original features while having every modern convenience. It's little front garden is perfect for your morning coffee. A Stones throw from the Greenway, minutes from a beautiful beach, Mountains views. Our little bit of Bliss we love to share with others.

The Corner House - family friendly house & garden

The Corner House is in the heart of Kilmacthomas village, a few minutes walk from Main Street where you will find eateries, EV charge points, shops and access to the beautiful Greenway walking and cycling route. A bright, airy family friendly house with private driveway, beautiful walled garden to relax in, cosy lounge and well-equipped spacious kitchen-diner with utility room including washing machine and tumble dryer. A renovated, detached, quiet bungalow in Kilmacthomas with amazing views of the Comeragh mountains, town and countryside from its elevated location. The perfect place for cycling. Kilmacthomas is the half-way point on the Waterford Greenway (46km of former railway line from Waterford City to Dungarvan). Entry to the Greenway is just opposite the property. Situated a two minute walk to the local supermarket, cafe, pub and fish and chip shop. No smoking. No Pets. 2 nights minimum stay.

This luxurious cottage located on a working sheep farm overlooks the Tay Valley at Durrow Viaduct. This beautiful cottage enjoys a wonderfully appointed site with a view of the Greenway to the south and the Comeragh mountains to the west. This property has been tastefully renovated to ensure our guests experience a modern, comfortable and relaxing base while enjoying the many attractions the area has to offer or simply relax and unwind in the tranquil atmosphere the cottage evokes.

The Outhouse, Sceach House. Greenway 10 min .

The Outhouse is located in our garden and guests have use of a private outdoor sitting area and parking . Stradbally village and both village beaches are 5 and 10 minutes walk away. The coastline between Stradbally and Tramore is stunning and unspoilt and the Comeragh Mountains are only a short drive. Access to the Greenway and bike hire is a 10 minute drive. The medieval seaside town of Dungarvan is a 20 minute drive, and the medieval city of Waterford is 35 minutes.

Romantic Traditional Irish cottage newly renovated to include modern comforts, located in the heart of west Waterford surrounded by the Knockmealdown mountains, the Black Water valley and superb views of the Comeragh mountains. It is an 18 min drive (19km) to the attractive coastal town of Dungarvan. Home to the Waterford Greenway. It is a 18min drive (20km) to the historical town of Lismore. 18 minutes to the Nire Valley where Lake fishing features.
