The perfect family beach house

Cape Crusader is a much loved renovated Cape Woolamai beach house with the bay beach at the end of the street. The house comfortably accommodates 6 people, and includes three generous sized, light filled bedrooms, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The house is cosy and filled with eclectic furnishings and beautiful, hand crafted items from across the decades and globe. We have a fully fenced yard with a trampoline, toys , WIFI, and a smart TV with Netflix and Stan.

Sol House, Kilcunda

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

Halcyon Cottage Retreat provides a modern take on Bed and Breakfast accomodation in Gippsland. It overlooks the Strzlecki Ranges offering the perfect escape to the country, or a 'home base' for out of town professionals. It's an easy drive from Melbourne, but you will feel a million miles away. Huge picture windows overlook Wild Dog Valley. This tiny house is in a leafy garden, close to Phillip Island's beaches, nature & wildlife attractions. Come and relax here, or explore the area, on foot, bicycle or go on a scenic drive. At the cottage you have your own private space, queen bed (on a mezzanine), bathroom and kitchenette (limited cooking facilities). There is also a cute private patio overlooking the garden. Pets are very welcome, the yard is fully fenced, and the local beaches are dog-friendly!

Wonthaggi 3BRM Modern Townhouse

This new townhouse is within 3 minutes walking distance to the main street of Wonthaggi and located in a quiet cul de sac. It's a short 10 min drive to Inverloch and 8 mins to the beautiful Cape Paterson beaches. We are also walking distance to Bass Coast Rail Trail. Our house has a beautiful open living kitchen, dining and lounge room that flows through to the covered alfresco area. Our house is suitable for families, couples and business travellers.
