Beach cottage 30min from Tampere #Kutalan Helmi#

A spacious log cabin by the lake, completed in 2000, about 30 minutes from Tampere! Location in the sympathetic village of Kutala on the shore of fishy Kulovesi in a sheltered bay. A landscape house has been built for the cottage in autumn 2025. The outdoor lighting has also been renewed and you now have Philips Hue lighting, which gives you bright white or, alternatively, lighting in line with the season's theme for the entire outdoor area. In addition, all the kitchen appliances in the cottage have been replaced (including the induction stove and the convection oven).

Naakka Estate

Come and stay in a wonderful old country setting. Our accommodation is a wonderful old building that is entirely at the disposal of the guest and his/her party. The house has two bedrooms, six separate beds and a large renovated kitchen. In the large yard there are five buildings: a red accommodation house, the main building of the host family and a brick grain warehouse, which has a sauna, in addition to an old barn and a stone barn. The farm's fields are bordered by the Kokemäenjoki river and the landscape is typical of Satakunta.

Relax in this peaceful and cozy space. New kitchen with new appliances, well-equipped, tastefully decorated studio. The bathroom has a washing machine and sauna. Two beds 90 cm and 80 cm wide. The apartment has a 43-inch TV and WiFi. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, no elevator. Free parking space in the parking lot. Nearby hiking trails and Mikkola shopping center about 1.5 km away. Bus stop right next to the house. Key handover from our home (1 km from the property) from the key box.

A tidy two-bedroom detached house in a quiet area for 4 (6) people. The large bedroom has two 80 cm beds that can be joined to form a double bed. There is also a desk in the room. The other bedroom has a 140 cm wide bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Pets allowed, wood-fired sauna, fireplace, air heat pump. Beach is only 100m away, all the activities (including fat biking, flowpark, stand up paddling and in the wintertime skiing and downhill skiing) only a walk away! Our cottage has all the facilities, including a sauna where you can enjoy the view of the lake! The area offers activities for the whole family - Tampere is only 50km away, Sastamala 16km.

This home in a great location (the property is for year-round use) has easy access to everywhere.The property is suitable for the best couples for a 1-4 night stay, and best of all, the use of a hot tub is included! The cottage is located next to a single-family home where the host lives! There is also the option to hire a motorboat (Yamaha 46SC / Yamaha 50HP / chartplotter Raymarine also in the boat!)

Beach front

Pond, clean water, sand bottom, amazing Finnish sauna. There is a queen size bed and a sofa which fits two people. There is a seperate entrance to the sauna, which has a shower and bathtub. The sauna is used also by us. We have deer that are kept in a fenced in area.
