Beachfront holiday rental in Kiawah Island

Had a relaxing weekend in this perfect little condo. very clean, very quiet. we enjoyed being walking distance to the beach and club. nice view of the golf course where we got to see multiple deer, and alligators!

Everything was exactly as described and you can’t find a better or more responsive host than Natalie. Natalie is a local and knows the area well and very responsive. The beach access, beach supplies, the outdoor shower, and the views were great and just as described. Excellent A/C in the house, which was tested and much appreciated during especially muggy Southern days. We especially appreciate Natalie’s personal suggestions that led us to Bert’s, which is the best and most unique local market anywhere, and her recommendation for the friendly, competitive pickleball games just down the street.

Brian’s place was as advertised…clean, spacious, great views, and conveniently located to the pool, beach, golf, and restaurants. We would definitely recommend to others. Brian was a great host!

It’s was our beautiful second stay and we will be back for for sure we always appreciate staying at there home

Mary’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! She was very responsive. The condo was supplied with all that we needed and was in a perfect location! We captured some beautiful sunsets off the back deck and really enjoyed seeing the deer and other wildlife. The beach was very quiet with not many people. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently located. It was a great weekend! We’ll definitely return!

Better than the pictures! I’m a clean freak and this place matched my expectations. It’s was enough space for my husband, my baby, my dog and me. Lisa was very responsive and answered our questions while we were there. I appreciated the white noise machine too! We will make this our official beach AirBnB

You step out onto the balcony and find yourself in the heart of Folly Beach business district. Anything you need is within short walking distance. Surprisingly though, the back bedroom where you’ll be sleeping is quiet & the bed is comfortable so you’ll be sure to get a great night’s sleep after a full day of exploring FB. The unit itself is small but well equipped with anything you might need — including a full kitchen. Would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. Close to Charleston and the beach but far enough away to be private and relaxing. House was clean with a great layout. Enjoyed the dock and the screened in porch. Will be the go to location when visiting the area.

Really nice condo for the location at Wild Dunes. So easy to get to the beach. Mona was extremely responsive and helpful.

Great location along Coligny Beach! We took advantage of the beach chairs and was nice to be a short walk back for anything we needed. We purchased and left a beach umbrella for future guests to enjoy. Condo is ideal size for 2 guests as listing suggests.

Had a fabulous stay at Mike and Rachel’s home. Love the location, especially that it was on the beach especially since we have children. The unit was spacious, clean and just as described. Had plenty of games and TVs in all rooms for watching shows or movies. Parking was very convenient and fit our mid size suv under the covered garage area right by elevator to our unit. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Heather’s Airbnb! From the start, she was incredibly responsive and even reached out proactively to let us know an early check-in was available—which was such a nice bonus. The unit itself was spotless and a great retreat. The back porch overlooked the pool and grilling area, but it was offset from both - leading to a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind . It’s also in a prime location—walking distance to great shops and restaurants, and right across the street from a bike rental shop where we grabbed electric bikes and a kid’s pull-behind. Another thing that really stood out was the easy checkout process - Making it easy to enjoy our final morning there. We’re so thankful it was available last minute and would absolutely love to return. Five stars, hands down!

Excellent location incredibly close to a very quiet beach! The unit is just like, if not even better than, the photos. View of the marsh is beautiful and peaceful. We hope to return!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this beach getaway—both for a wedding and for some much-needed relaxation. The location was excellent, with a very short walk to a private beach and pool. Nikki was extremely responsive and kind. She provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and beach toys for the kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Only a few complaints. Nikki has all of the cooking appliances, but no cooking oil or seasoning. Shower pressure is uncomfortably hard. And the fan in the bedroom is loud, no matter what setting you have it on, other than that everything else was great stay.

This was a great place: conveniently located, amazing resort amenities, and stress free. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay for several nights! Can't beat the location & scenery! The inside is just like the photos. The King bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Short walk out to the beach/ocean. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. We enjoyed eating at the Seacow & Crust pizza place. Crissy is a great host! We will return.

Friendly host and loved the deck and yard space for activities. Landscaping and house is beautiful and modern.

Surf Song Cottage is beautifully decorated, clean and has an incredible location steps from the beach. The homes large windows and deck allowed for amazing views. The kitchen contained everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and the master bathroom was absolutely beautiful. The house rules did not bother us a bit...we played music at a reasonable level and had no problems. After seeing a protected turtle nest on the beach right in front of the cottage which was very exciting, we understood why bright lights and loud music rules are necessary. Thank you Steve and Sarah for great communications and sharing your beautiful cottage.

Not a great beach for swimming but a really pretty spot for relaxing..left us nice toiletries..had everything we needed to cook all of our meals..bring swim shoes..get up early for the awesome sunrise 😊

Steven’s place was great! Close to just about everything local! The space was extremely clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay at Steven’s place again and are looking for ward to it!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach! The house was beautiful and well kept. The beach was just out the back door which made for an easy and relaxing time with a bunch of young children. There was also a turtle nest right in the backyard! We were hoping they were gonna hatch while we were there, but sadly no. The only downside was the pullout sofa and laundry were in a small room downstairs, which required going outside to reach. It was fine for laundry, but our kids weren’t quite old enough to let sleep down there by themselves. So it was a bit tighter in the main house than originally planned. However, we made do. Kids piled in the bunk room, and we had an amazing time! If you are looking for a cozy stay at the beach, we highly recommend this beautiful bungalow!
