Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Kiato

The beach village of Ag. Theodori is approximately an hour outside of Athens on the way to Corinth. “Villa Sofia” was the perfect bungalow to spend our final three days in Greece and to visit lifelong friends who live in this village. Just steps away from the boardwalk and the beach, we found our own private oasis. Named in honor of the hosts’ mother, the home was just as described. The hosts have done a wonderful job remodeling this cozy “home away from home”—including soundproof windows, automatic shutters, AC, a modern bathroom/kitchen, two bedrooms and a sitting room. We can’t forget to mention the patio with views of the sea. Constantinos and Filippos were very responsive and accommodating hosts who picked us up from the train station and made sure we were dropped off again to catch the 6:24am train to the Athens Airport for departing flights. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of red wine, fresh grapes, watermelon, coffee, and plenty of bottled water. Thank you to our hosts!

Siamo stati 3 notti per visitare un po' i dintorni ed il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole! Efi ci ha aspettato con frutta fresca, acqua fresca nel frigo e tutto il necessario per colazione il giorno dopo! Abbiamo mangiato nella sua taverna, ti fa entrare in cucina come se fossi a casa tua, il cibo molto buono! Siamo stati con il cane ed Efi și era offerta di badare a lui se fosse bisogno durante le nostre visite in giornata, non c'è stato bisogno ma comunque grazie! La casa ha un bel giardinetto però poi si può girare liberamente anche nel suo vigneto ed ovunque nella proprietà. Il tutto semplice ma molto pulito! Quando siamo andati via ci ha preparato un contenitore con la sua frutta fresca per il viaggio, sembrava di andare via dai parenti, grazie Efi per tutto, ospitalità, cibo, le albicocche meravigliose, un saluto a Teo ed a Bella che ci salutava ogni giorno!

Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό, αρκετά άνετο, περιποιημένο με ωραία διακόσμηση. Είναι μέσα στη φύση με απόλυτη ησυχία και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο . Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση και ηρεμία. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ευγενικοί και συνεννοήσιμοι. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

We just spent a week at Nikos apartment and had an amazing stay. We were looking for a peaceful atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding with the option to go a restaurant and the beach. The apartment offered all that and were really relaxed when we left. Only thing that is not clear from the apartment info, the second room with the single beds is not a proper room, it’s part of the living room. But that did not pose a problem for us. We loved it and can highly recommend it!

Great place to stay. The deck was wonderful and we spent every evening out there - having dinner and afterwards enjoying the beautiful view of the sea. The living room is huge, full of light and very spacious and well equipped. The nearby steps down to the beach take you to a secluded, private feeling place where you can jump in and snorkel.

Πολύ ωραία μονοκατοικία στην αρχαία Κόρινθο. Άνετη και καθαρή. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι ευγενικός και φιλόξενος.

Sophia is a super friendly host whose home reflects her thoughtfulness and creativity. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived (in fact, when we were wondering if we had the right house, a kind neighbour came over to assure us we were in the right place) and she had kindly left breakfast items and fresh oranges and her own delicious honey. The house has two huge terrace balconies that both have far reaching, beautiful views, and it's so close to Ancient Mycenae l. I would recommend a two night stay here so you can get up to the site early in the morning while it's cooler, then come back for lunch and a rest, and go back up to catch sunset at the Lion Gate. Parking is right outside and the area seemed very safe. We met the sweetest elderly cat too, who liked to hang out with us on the terrace. We were there during a bit of a heatwave and the air conditioning in the bedroom and front room was invaluable. In short, an authentic greek village and old-school Airbnb stay.

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

φοβερή φιλοξενία. ο χώρος ήταν πολύ ωραίος και καθαρός. υπήρχε άνεση σε όλα τα δωμάτια. δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Στα συν είναι πολύ κοντά στην πρωτεύουσα.θα το ξανά προτιμήσω.

The location and the house is perfect. It has everything you need for cooking to have amazing meals at home by the pool. The best thing about the house was to wake up in the morning and walk 30m to have a morning swim. Check in was super easy and they show you everything you need to know. And they were quick to respond on message before check in. Train station was 2k away and an easy option to take in to Athens. I really recommend this stay if you are looking for something in kineta.

Pasamos un fin de semana en familia increíble !!!! El lugar es precioso con mucha calma y mucho verde …. El departamento estaba completamente equipado, no necesitamos nada extra! Volveremos sin lugar a dudas en cuanto podamos …. Nuestro anfitrión fue siempre respetuoso, amable y muy claro … Muchas gracias !! Lo súper recomiendo!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft rundum genossen! Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft – wirklich kaum zu übertreffen. Hier kann man perfekt dem Alltag entfliehen. Besonders schön war, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren und den tollen Pool ganz für uns alleine hatten – pure Erholung! Panos hat uns einen wunderbaren Strand empfohlen, der mit schattigen Plätzen, wenigen Leuten und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre absolut überzeugt hat. Panos war durchweg hilfsbereit, hat schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und uns mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt. Es war einfach nur erholsam – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

We stayed 10 days at Alex's Villa. It was absolutely amazing! Great view over the saronian gulf, small and large amoni beach. Both the beaches are a good starting point for snorkeling. My kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The villa is also a good starting point for discovering the east of Peloponnes. We visited Korinthos, Mykene, Nafplio, Korfos and Epidavros. One day we spent to see Athens of course. The area is very quite and chilly. We liked that a lot. There is one great restaurant in walking distance. We spend most of the evenings there. Alex and his mother are always available in case of questions. The house has everything that you need when traveling with kids - pool! ;), washing machine, dish washer, ... We really liked it a lot and would love to come back one day.

Το σπίτι ήταν πάνω από τις προσδοκίες μας ! Ενα σπίτι που δεν του λείπει τίποτα για να περάσεις ξέγνοιαστες διακοπές . Βρίσκεται σε ωραία τοποθεσία με πολύ ησυχία και φοβερή θέα . Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί άνθρωποι, πρόθυμοι να σε βοηθήσουν σε ό,τι χρειαστείς . Το must του καταλύματος είναι οι αθλητικές δραστηριότητες για μικρούς και μεγάλους . Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα !

We really enjoyed our vacation, the apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Our host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect for R&R, beautiful scenery, the view is really majestic, you can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony in the back and the sea view from the massive balcony! The pool was great we spent many afternoons swimming and taking in the amazing scenery. Thank you Konstantinos, until next time!!!

Costantino a été un hôte très attentionné qui a su faire preuve de compréhension suite à une « petite » erreur lors de notre réservation. Logement et hôte parfaits! Nous recommandons vivement.

Καθαρο, ησυχο σπιτακι στο κεντρο της πολης. Ο οικοδεσποτης απαντουσε αμεσα στις ερωτησεις μου. Θα πηγαινα ξανα!

Ένας χώρος ευχάριστος ήσυχη γειτονιά στην καρδιά του κέντρου.Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!! Όταν βρεθείς στον κύριο δρόμο Εθνικής Αντιστάσεως μπορείς να ανέβεις με το αυτοκίνητο Συκιωνος η 28 ης Οκτωβρίου αν και δεν υπάρχει η ταμπέλα του ονόματος!! Όσο για πάρκινγκ πολύ εύκολα να βρεις!! Όλα ήταν άψογα !!

Me, my wife and our dog felt at home in this lovely small but fully functional house. We booked for a whole month and a week before our scheduled departure we really felt like lenghtening our stay, that lovely it was! Fortunately, we could book for three more nights, but another month and I think still wouldn't have been enough! So, down to earth. We had mid May till mid June. The weather was great, mild sun and we could hit the beach every day. The house is in the countryside, in a quaint small village with warm hearted people, but by car you have 12 minutes to the nearest beach in Nea Epidavros, 18 minutes to Archea Epidavros and 40 minutes to Nafplio Karathones beach. The Nafplio one was our best choice, sandy and cristal clear water, but even the two home beaches were top notch (restaurants, beach bar, parking). Everywhere, the views were magnificent. If you’re searching for a quiet and peaceful place close to the beach and close to many shops and restaurants, this is the place for you. Xristina was an amazing host as well. Highly recommended.

l nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Si trattava di riposarci 2 giorni e aver spazio per il cane che anche nei dintorni poteva correre libera e senza pericoli. La posizione era isolata quindi va bene se non ti interessa fare vita mondana. Se desideri fare vita di spiaggia direi che non è questa la zona, ma per riposarsi in mezzo al verde era perfetta. Απολαύσαμε πολύ την διαμονή μας! Αυτό που ξεχώρισε ήταν η καθαριότητα του σπιτιού. Ήταν όλα πεντακάθαρα. Ακόμα η φιλοξενία ήταν εξαιρετική! Οι οικοδεσπότες μας υποδέχτηκαν με χαμόγελα και φρέσκια στημένη πορτοκαλάδα. Τέλος ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και δεκτικοί με τον σκύλο μας. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την όμορφη φιλοξενία! :)

Πολύ ωραίο νεόδμητο σπίτι με υπέροχη θέα μπροστά στη παραλία.Δυο μεγάλα δωματια με δίπλα κρεβατια και μεγάλες ντουλάπες.Το σπίτι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο που πραγματικά νομίζεις ότι είσαι σπίτι σου.Συγχαρητηρια στο Δημήτρη και στη μητέρα του τη Κα Πεύκη.
