This place is absolutely wonderful. The design is both elegant and cozy, with beautiful decor and attention to every detail. The amenities are excellent, everything from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious, comfortable rooms made our stay very enjoyable. The surroundings are calm and picturesque, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time. It’s ideal for families, groups of friends, or anyone wanting to get away from the busy city life. The host was friendly, professional, and always quick to help. I’ve stayed at many places, but this one stands out as one of the most pleasant and memorable experiences. I highly recommend it!

Very well-maintained villa with a beautiful pool and a large garden We spent wonderful weeks in this villa as a couple in May and were completely thrilled. The accommodation is extremely clean, well-maintained and comfortably furnished – we lacked nothing. All furniture and utensils for daily needs are available. Particularly noteworthy is the very good equipment of the villa as well as the lovingly designed garden with a beautiful pool – a real oasis of well-being. We also booked an interim cleaning with a change of bed linen for our longer stay – everything went absolutely smoothly and the villa was again immaculately clean afterwards, as on arrival. Extra praise for that! Another big plus: Host Phil was always available, very helpful and always responded quickly to questions – a perfect host! Overall, an exceptional accommodation that we can recommend without reservation. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is very spacious and beautiful. Outside, there is a lovely pool with relaxing daybeds, and it’s located right on the beach. The bed is very comfortable — we had a great sleep during our stay. If anyone is planning to cook, please note that there isn’t a full kitchen. However, the accommodation offers a small BBQ area outside the house where you can grill some seafood.

I know it sounds cliché, but Wolfgang’s house is home away from home. It’s modern and clean, comes with a deep pool, and has a fully stocked kitchen including all the appliances one might need, in case cooking is your thing. The location is perfect because it’s away from all the noise but only a short scooter ride away from restaurants, cafes, malls, bars, etc. Wolfgang provides a precise location a few days before the check-in, so the house is easy to find and the self-check-in itself is a breeze. Last but not least, Wolfgang is friendly and responsive and makes sure you have the best stay possible. I’d definitely stay at his house again in the future.

Our second stay at Orawan 's villa. Our previous review still stands with one exception, we know Orawan more now. Orawan is the most understanding, responsive host. The villa has everything you could need, the housekeeper is very attentive and keeps the villa fresh and clean. Orawan is on hand to help with any queries, or concerns. Opposite the villa is a good restaurant and big pool. Can highly recommend this villa, having a great host makes the world of difference.

Great place. Really beautifully and minimally furnished. Well stocked kitchen and WiFi worked well in all rooms. Great location with an easy walk to the mall, restaurants, and the beach. A minor issue arose during our stay that was immediately addressed. We had a great time and would stay there again on a future trip to Hua Hin.

Awesome stay! Really first rate. The apartment occupies two floors, and each room is much larger than appears in the pictures. The wee pool is a particular delight. Loads of character. For perspective, we stayed the following nights in a fancy resort, but felt much more comfortable at Mark's place, for a fraction of the price.

Richard’s unit was ideal for our two-week stay in Hua Hin. Comfortable furnishings, good shower with hot water. The unit is well-located in the La Habana complex, on the 7th floor with an inside view of the pool. The entire complex was very clean, extensive pool, good fitness room. The location was perfect for us, 5-minute walk to the beach, Cicada and Tamarindo markets. Richard was very quick to reply when we had questions. We will definitely want to stay there when we return to Hua Hin.

Great place to stay if you want a quiet and away from the crowd. Beautiful swimming pool and the house is perfect. We had a nice stay.

Lovely apartment with perfect view over the beach and sea. Everything was exactly as described and spotlessly clean.

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

Highly recommended! The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach and with Market Village just next door. The room is beautiful, incredibly cozy, and meticulously prepared, with thoughtful touches from the wonderful host, Khun Thanyalak. We felt completely at home and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Have stayed is several air B&B all over the world. Hard to find someone who is a responsive, friendly and respectful. You will not be regret staying here i promise you. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will receive while staying in this beautiful condo. Will recommend it to my friends for sure.

One of the best airbnb experience. Host is always responsive with quick reply. Extremely friendly and the condo is located right next to 2 beautiful night markets (Casida and Tarmarind). The beds are super comfortable and the huge terrace was perfect to grill steak! Thank you again for being a great host!

Amazing condominium in the amazing city by the best beach ever! Apartment is not getting younger, underground parking not allowed for people who rent apartments. Washing machine would be a dream in the flat. Swimming pool and beach front like in a dream. With a great value deal we would come back to the same apartment.

So, all the positive comments about Desmond's place are well deserved. I just spent 4 nights there, and of the 5 places I have now stayed in Hua Hin, this is the best. You can see the basics here on the listing, but I also appreciated the quality furnishings and extras - Marshall bluetooth sound speaker and a hand held garment steamer, to name a few. I’ve stayed at this lovely condo before so had no problem booking it again. The condo, location all great, recommended.

I recently stayed at a great condominium. It has a fun water park, which is perfect for families. The building has elevators for wheelchairs, making it accessible for everyone. The living room is spacious, and the bedroom is comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. There’s also a mini-mart right in front of the condo, so you can find food anytime. The owner was very responsive and contacted me quickly, even though I booked after the check-in time. I highly recommend this place for a family stay!

Great location, comfortable apartment, and a kind host! At first, we were worried because of the construction nearby, but it turned out that with the windows closed, it didn’t bother us at all.

Would go back in and heart beat, loved this place. Bim was very accomodating as we were arriving during the night. Spotless accommodation, great facilities, just wish we lived here, would definitely return xx
