Good, clean apartment, looks exactly as on the photos. Lots of small marts on the first floor. Very responsive and friendly host.

Căn hộ rất sạch sẽ và rộng rãi và đầy đủ cho 6 người. Có cả 2 máy giặt nên rất tiện lợi. Căn hộ nằm ở trung tâm sầm uất, rất tiện lợi. Chỉ cách biển 5p đi bộ. Xung quanh có rất nhiều tiện ích, khu vui chơi, nhà hàng, siêu thị. Host rất là thân thiện, trả lời nhanh chóng, hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình khi tôi cần giúp đỡ. Sẽ quay trở lại đây nếu có cơ hội quay lại Nha Trang

皆さんにこのアパートをお勧めします。 LinhさんとKhanhさんの対応は素晴らしかった。予約前の質問には迅速に情報提供をくれた。 チェックインは通常セルフチェックインのようですが不安なのでお願いしたら2人で出迎えて下さり、部屋の説明をしてくれました。また滞在中のいくつかのお願いにも迅速に対応してくれた。 立地は最高で有名なドム市場のすぐそばで、近くには地元の人が通う安くておいしいレストランがたくさんあります。スーパーのロッテマートやニャチャンセンターにもゆっくり歩いて１５分程度です。 また寝室からは海が眺められ、ベランダからの眺めも最高です。 設備がまだ新しく食器や寝具類はとてもきれいでした。。 残念なのはただ一つで、曇りの日が続き最高の眺めを十分楽しめなかったことです。 今度は天気の安定している季節に来たいと思います。

Great place, great host. Nice pool, and view of the water from the balcony. Everything well provided for if you wish to stay longer, or do some cooking in. If you choose to stay here, important you are 5 /6 Km from the heart of Nha Trang. Rental of scooter or Grab resolved that situation easily enough. However the benefits is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood,especially idyllic early in the morning. Three pretty good restaurants, a convenience store and small supermarket a short walk away. Kyothu and Sam were super. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very central location for restaurants, etc.There are frequent events at the nearby plaza to watch from the balcony, but you have to be ready for the music they play.

Уже второй раз приезжаем в этот отель, отличное месторасположение, все близко. Правда, есть домашние животные . Сервис очень хороший, подвернула сильно ногу, бесплатно предоставили сиденье для инвалидов.

首先公寓位置真的很不错，芒青酒店旁边小路走进去进公寓，应该是楼层最高的一栋了，定的是海景房，43楼景观看下去超赞！对面就是海，步行过去过个马路即可，两三分钟的时间，楼下有家highland coffee，也挺适合坐坐的，那条街一直走下去有很多吃的，很热闹。另外离vincom mart和citimart都不远！公寓小姐姐回复很快，到了公寓大堂以后留个言让她下来接就可以了，也不需要办理什么手续，确认无误给你钥匙就ok啦，房间很大，而且设施真的很全，常住的还可以买点菜自己做！唯一比较尴尬的就是可能第一天到了烧烤回房间，第二天起来发现桌上有小蚂蚁，天气太热的关系…其他都很满意～对了，另外这栋楼基本都是各个公寓代理，住了很多人，等电梯可能要点时间。安全性还是ok的，不偏僻，很多都是一家人过来玩，不过芽庄也有飞车党，大家背包上街还是要留个心啦～

Villa nên ở khi đến Cam Ranh Nhà mình gồm 3 người lớn 3 trẻ em ở 1 đêm nhưng cảm thấy rất hài lòng từ dịch vụ thân thiện, đồ ăn trứng mì miễn phí sẵn sàng. Nhà sạch sẽ, rộng rãi thiết kế đẹp, hồ bơi tại villa thuận tiện cho trẻ em chơi, hồ bơi lớn ngoài khu vực sát biển rất đẹp. Ví trí thuận lợi ra biển và sân golf. Khu vực ở yên tĩnh. Các gia đình có xe riêng, hoặc thuê xe ở đây rất thuận tiện. Chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ . Gd đã ở đây nhiều lần , và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vì sự chu đáo của chủ nhà!!!

The place was as it was described. The help took care of a lot of things. It was a really nice stay. We came as a group of 9 and really enjoyed the place.

Арендовав это жилье, вы получите красиво обставленный частный дом на окраине Нячанга в окружении завораживающих видов, дружелюбных соседей и с банановым деревом на заднем дворе. Хозяйка Tien и её мама дружелюбны и отзывчивы, готовы помочь со всем необходимым по запросу. При желании у них же можно арендовать байк, что очень удобно. В округе полно кофеен и мест, где можно поесть традиционную вьетнамскую еду. В 5-10 минут езды северный пляж, рынки и магазины. Также рядом расположен буддийский храм и несколько горных пиков, на которые можно совершить пеший подъем. Я советую это место для длительной аренды в Нячанге, если вы любите природу, уединение и не боитесь немного живности, вроде соседских собак или периодически попадающих в дом насекомых и ящериц.

Это был самый лучший отдых за всю поездку во Вьетнам! Сам дом, территория и владелец - все это оказалось просто фантастическим. Мы стреляли из лука, занимались сапсёрфингом, каждый вечер нам хозяин готовил вкусный ужин, на территории можно заказать натуральные кофе/соки. И самое главное - что нет изнурительной жары, а свежий и приятный климат. Планируем на наш день рождения приехать еще раз! Спасибо большое за прекрасное времяпровождение!

Beautiful house! Very very clean and kind People this place is very good if you want a quite place.

とても快適に過ごせました。 お部屋は広くて清潔、キッチンも広々としていて調理器具や簡単な調味料もそろっており、自炊もしっかり楽しめます。ファミリーにもぴったりだと思います。 ホストの返信も早く親切で、安心して滞在できました。 地元の人がみんな使っている、腰に巻くタイプの浮き具（flotation belt）も置いてあり、毎朝海で泳ぐのが最高に気持ちよかったです。 唯一気になったのは、時間帯に関係なくお湯の温度が少しぬるめだったことですが、それ以外は本当に素晴らしい滞在でした。ニャチャンでの滞在におすすめのお部屋です！

For me the place was pretty spot-on. Washing machine, small kitchen, relatively quiet, on the second floor so no elevator necessary if you're okay with a flight of stairs, and about 50 metres from the beach. It's a nice, clean, swimmable beach too. Pro tip: for a good feed see Ca Nuong Co Thao. It's just around the corner and the BBQ fish will change your life. On that note, if you're into a more local feel with lots of good street food this end of the city is a lot less tourist-trap than the other side of the bridge. Enjoy!

ky is a great & polite host, I really enjoyed the apartment, loving living like a local. there are 4 big flights of stairs up to the apartment which my mother did struggle with. I think that this needs to be clear in the listing for others to see. 5 stars all around

I had a wonderful stay ay Ninh's apartment in Nha Trang! It's located right in the city center so all of the cafes, bars and restaurants are just a stone's throw away. The beach can also be reached within a 5 minute walk. The most unique thing about staying here though, it that you'll get to feel like part of the family. I would practice Vietnamese phrases with Ninh every day when we would see each other in passing. On my last day, I had long conversation over tea with her husband using translator apps and our limited knowledge of each other's mother tongues. I even made friends with other tenants staying in the building because of the close family atmosphere!

Нам очень понравилось жилье. Квартира в точности как на фотографии и в описании. С хозяйкой можно было решить возникающие проблемы и вопросы. Очень хороший ремонт, отличный дизайн, превосходный вид из окна. Робот пылесос не работал, и даже после попытки починить тоже не работал корректно, но мы уже не стали разбираться, так как нам это не помешало. Хороший район и сам жилой комплекс современный и новый. Бассейн на крыше очень красивый и удобный. Прям возле дома в ларьках продают и фрукты, и смузи вкусные, и вьетнамский кофе, и бан ми по низким ценам и отличного качества. Рекомендую это жилье.

We booked because of the terrace and the view and were delighted that they were even better than the photos. The terrace is fantastic and we loved being out on it. The apartment is very clean with big, comfy beds. The host was very responsive and quick to help with any problems. We recommend this apartment.

Queen always responded so quickly. She tried her best to help us. It was good experience to stay at Condotel but to use the hotel’s facilities, we had to pay extra and some was limited. Other than that, the place itself was good and the location is close to the city so it was very convenient.
