Holiday rentals with a pool in Khandala

Juhi was an amazing host and very accommodating and Amol was a wonderful caretaker. If you are looking for a private family getaway, look no more, this is the place for you. 10/10 would visit again.

My stay at this lovely home was more than what I had expected. We were around 14 and the house was very spacious, so it made us feel comfortable from the beginning. Interiors were very thoughtful and had a personal touch. The surroundings are quiet, very beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a weekend getaway. Food was delicious too. The staff were very helpful and very polite. Overall an amazing experience. Note: Please adhere to the house rules and treat it well, as this house has a personal family-like touch to it.

Caretaker Kaustubh was one of the best person I've ever met. Bro was absolutely amazing and helped us throughout. Thanks to Sidhhesh as well for maintaining the property really good.

A very well maintained lavish villa with a swimming pool. Property owner was proactive in response. Check in was smooth. Caretaker Rinku is prompt, always available and very helpful. The place is value for money. I look forward to my revisit here. a definite recommend for group of friends, families!

Beautiful villa, The Infinity Pool by the mountains and the jacuzzi was stunning, We enjoyed chilling at the deck area , The wooden villa has luxury interiors, Loved the food and the caretakers service, Responsive host too, Thank you for hosting us. The place was just as described—beautiful and exactly what we expected. Kanchan and Anita were extremely helpful and proactive in sharing all the necessary information and assistance. The private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. The location was excellent, with the market just a short walk away. A big thanks to Pintu Dada for helping with breakfast and arranging autos. Overall, a truly worthwhile experience and great value for money.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Niki and Ketan were incredibly warm and welcoming, and their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The space was clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained perfect for a relaxing getaway. Suresh, the caretaker, was also very kind and helpful throughout our stay, always available whenever we needed anything. Overall, a lovely experience in Pathraj. If you're looking for a calm and peaceful weekend in Karjat, this place is perfect. It’s super pocket-friendly and has everything you need to relax. The view of the sunrise with Kothaligad peak in the background was just stunning. At night, sitting on the balcony under the stars was incredibly peaceful. The food was great too, Mandar has kept menus from good local restaurants like Mauli and Bombay Baithak. Just make sure to order 1–2 hours in advance, and you’re sorted. But what really stood out was Mandar himself. Even though he was in Ladakh with almost no connectivity, he still made sure we weren’t facing any issues. That level of care says a lot - he’s definitely a true Superhost. Would love to visit again, especially in the monsoon. Highly recommend!

The place was easy to locate and also there was an ample amount of space for parking. The house was neat and clean, also all the appliances were in working condition. Swimming was clean and was available for use at a nominal amount of INR 100 per person. Overall we had a great time and the place is highly recommended.
