All bath towels, and soap provided with washer and dryer available for your convenience. 55” smart television with Netflix and other apps for your entertainment along with games/playing cards to enjoy.

The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs).

The cottage has two bedrooms, one bath, a fully stocked kitchen, and indoor/outdoor space to gather. You are welcome to enjoy a campfire in the yard or sit on the porch and enjoy the sunset. Come enjoy the wide open country space in our quiet and peaceful guesthouse. Although you will be surrounded by solitude you will be just minutes from several towns. Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.
