Great place. Very cute and clean. Host is very responsive and provided all information that we needed. The location is amazing too. Quick walk to the gorgeous beaches and the downtown area as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again in the future.

My partner and I wanted to visit the springs to kayak. This place exceeded our expectations. All we had to do was launch from the dock in the backyard and we were minutes from the clearest and bluest water. We even saw a manatee munching on some vegetation across from the dock. If you’re a fan of Florida springs, this place is for you!

Lina's place was wonderfully decorated and we felt very at home. The beach was only 2 blocks away and the host provided umbrellas, chairs, cooler and wagon, making our beach day a breeze. There's also pickleball and park nearby. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

The conso really is just a few steps to the beach! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We tried 3-4 and would go back to all of them. My teenage daughters said this about the room: “It was perf!” and “so cutsie and adorable”

We had a really nice stay. It was a great walk to the beach and local restaurants near by. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to stay on the beach without the outrageous prices. The air b and b was also stocked full of anything you could need and the host was very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

The condo was clean and location is convenient to the airport and other Tampa attractions.

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.

Would definitely stay again! Location was great, house was clean!! Nina & Bob were very helpful and responsive!!!

Rachel’s home was everything it was advertised and more than we expect, we lost our home to Helene down the street from her home, so being able to be in our beautiful community ment so much to us as well as finding this little gem to stay in for two weeks while we took care of business, the house is beautiful and felt like home to us, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in her home, highly recommend this house and would definitely book again. She was very accommodating to our needs and always responded quickly to any questions we had! If you’re looking for a cozy at home feeling, Rachel’s place should not be overlooked!

Staying with Jose & Sara was an amazing experience! (Again!) We have stayed at their home previously, and we really enjoyed ourselves. When looking for a home to rent for vacation this time, we were excited to see Jose & Sara’s house! We jumped at the opportunity to rent this perfectly sized home again. Jose & Sara do such a great job of making you feel at home. There were towels folded on the beds and so many extra beach towels for the pool! There was even a little snack tray for us when we arrived. The directions to enter the home were easy to follow. We had one super tiny issue with the coffee pot, & Jose handled it quickly & efficiently. The pool is such a highlight of a perfect home! Perfect size to float around & enjoy the sun. The hot tub felt amazing after a 17 hour drive. You literally feel like you entered paradise, right outside the back door. There is a nice shady area with a fan as well. Ariana is one of the kindest and most responsive Airbnb hosts that I have ever dealt with and I have stayed in many Airbnbs. I was staying in the house for 3.5 months with my parents while my Dad got cancer treatment. Ariana was very accommodating in making our long stay possible and was always quick to respond whenever little things came up. She's great. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in North Tampa, but which is also close to grocery stores (Publix/ Whole Foods) and shopping. The backyard, which looks over a little lake with beautiful cypress trees and lots of birds, was also a nice plus. The bedrooms (aside from the master) were a bit on the small side, as were the bathrooms, but I think this was only an issue because we were there so long. For a few weeks this would not have been a problem. It was also hard to have more than one car there, and some of the furniture could use updating. Overall, though, this is a nice place to stay.

Great stay! Mark’s place was beautiful—exactly as pictured. The pool was stunning and right next to the river, which made for a peaceful and relaxing environment. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for a nice, peaceful long weekend. The house was perfect. Spacious and extremely clean, the pool was perfect and a nice was to relax after a day of outside activities. Love the tv on the back porch. Our last day we fished off the dock then grilled and hung out in the pool while watching a movie. It was so relaxing. Fishing was good as long as you had an outgoing on incoming tide. Caught a variety including trout. Publix and everything else you need is literally a couple miles away, but you are still in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing. I’ve never had host respond as quick as these hosts did. They weee very helpful. The first pan is to stay here again and this time bring a boat with us. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. Everything was perfect!!

Had a great stay here. I'd say everything is a 5 star except there were 2 things that bugged me during the stay. When you are not at the Airbnb the temperature sets itself to 76, for many thats ok. For me it's not, as I had guests visiting me from very cold climates. It also bothers me as it costs more to go from 76 to 72 as running AC constant for hrs is less efficient and more intensive on energy than running 15 min every hr. 2nd reason is the lightning in the living room. It is the white LED that is far too bright at night and that flicker heavily when they start to go out. 2 things that are minor but would be awesome changes. The great things is that this location is not more than 30 min from anything you would want to do. 20-30 min drive to Busch Gardens/ Adventure Island. 20 min drive to Tampa outlets that have a lot of food and clothes as well as putt putt and main event. 30 min from anything you want to do in Tampa. Comfortable beds and couch, nice view from the back porch.

We just stayed one night as we were traveling to the Florida Keys and I will say the pictures don’t do it justice. It was fantastic. The back patio was amazing and a really beautiful canal. We saw wildlife. It was extremely clean , very safe & wonderful neighborhood and we arrived at night. Thanks again for a wonderful overnight stay.

GOOD VIBES!! This condo is amazing! Waterfront, had a bar and food, spots to lay out and tan, heated pool. Chris was an amazing host, let us check in early, super clean, smelt good inside, super responsive , accommodating and helpful. Will book again in the future. thank you!!! 5 stars:)

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having the Big Bamboo bar / restaurant on the premises made it so convenient. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure good. We also appreciated the coffee bar.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.

We had a really nice stay. Well stocked home. Down to Q Tips and needed to purchase nothing in order to stay comfortably. Nice pool and hot tub and great work out room. Loved it!
