Amazing hut on the lake full of pike, zander and perch, so we definitely made use of the available boat. Wild blueberries and lingonberries in the yard, raspberries in the forrest few steps away. Plenty of wood provided for sauna every evening and for grilling the catch. Very clean and tidy place with everything one might need for a couple of weeks off the grid.

A personal and fun house to stay. The best part was to stay with a group of people with ❤️🙏 everything you need. Flexible host!

The squirrel's nest was a cozy and suitably compact ensemble for the couple. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Very good steam in the sauna. 😊

Excellent, really happy to recommend to the following! It was a pleasure to come to a really tidy cottage (often there's a bit of it and I saw the cleanliness). Spacious living areas and an open kitchen and bedrooms separate, perfect for getting together and a little privacy for everyone. In addition, the couch nooks in the basement and the top made a little more space for teens. The house was super functional and stylish, with everything we needed, even board games and books. Antti responded to all messages very quickly, and all questions were helped. We'd love to go again.

Had a fantastic couple of days here, beautiful views and perfect surroundings. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive and very responsive. Easy to reach via public transport from Kuopio. The hot tub and sauna were both relaxing and the lake was freezing but great for a quick dip. The cottage was clean and had everything we could need. There are some lovely walking tracks noted in the guestbook with beautiful forest and lake walks nearby. Also saw squirrels, hares and a whooper swan from the cottage which was lovely to be close to nature but with all the luxuries and comforts of great accommodation. Highly recommended and we hope to be back one day!

Lovely top floor clean apartment with great views. There are two rooms with beds, a nice sized living room with a sofa bed, and a small kitchen with everything you need. The bathroom and its shower area is quite small. For those with poor sleep gifts, the beds aren't the best, and the apartment is quite bright from the morning. The views are really nice from all the windows and the apartment is Nordic cozy with stylish textiles and dishes. The apartment also has a nice balcony. Located right in the center and all within walking distance, including the train station. Communicating with Kristiina is impeccable. Highly recommended!

Great location, quiet and beautiful surroundings. Local community Swimming place right around the corner. Location was near the train station and easy to get to. Parking was available and free if needed. Inside the place was clean, with anything that might need including a long shoespoon! 😊👌🏼
