Holiday rentals with beach access in Key Colony Beach

It was the perfect location that we wanted away from a high tourist area. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again! It was perfect for us exploring both the southern and northern keys and beaches since it's about middle of the 2. Loved it!

Don't underestimate the HUGE benefit of having unlimited access to the Cabana Club! This is a big perk with a private beach, pool and snacks. Really nice on days that you want to just chill with your family and relax. The house itself if amazing inside and has a great spot on the canal. Perfect if you want to rent a local boat or bring your own. The location is walkable to several parks and there are walking paths around the area. Farmers market and several restaurants are walkable. Really nice location! The process and the host were top notch. We are very picky about our rentals and we were impressed from start to finish...we will stay here again!

We (two couples) enjoyed a great week here. Being on the canal was nice, outside sitting spots were great. The house had plenty of cooking supplies needed. Was a tad bit smaller than I expexted, but worked out just fine. Remember to bring your shampoo, body wash etc as it's not provided. Comfortable and bright, was quiet even with boats going by. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a week at this place. Everything was perfect. The view was excellent and it was very quiet. The place was very clean and I was surprisingly happy with the amenities. The community pool was well kept. I will be recommending this place to family and friends.

I was very pleased with Anne and her Airbnb. As I mentioned in the Q&A, the room was really spotless. It has been freshly refurbished. What was great was that Anne was so proactive, she sent us a things to do list, restaurants to try list, and other tips. From there, I tried and loved two of the restaurants. (Island Fish Co and Sparky’s). On the way home, we stopped at the dolphin Institute, which was very entertaining. Five stars for the Airbnb, and five stars for Anne as a host.

We just loved our stay in Key Colony. Everything about Yuni’s home was perfect. Very comfortable beds with lovely linens. The 2 bathrooms are beautiful with plenty of towels. Soft beach towels and coolers were provided which saved space in suitcases not having to pack. The private beach area has soft sand and plenty of chairs too. Yuni has a storage unit with additional chairs and beach gear that made out beach trip to Bahia Honda that much easier. The amazing coffee maker saved me hundreds on not needing to buy coffee out everyday for all of us. Morning cup of coffee in the comfortable lounge chairs and dinner on the balcony with the beautiful view is something you must experience. The location was great, close to state parks, the turtle hospital, 7 mile bridge, Amazing restaurants and grocery stores. You can not go wrong booking with Yuni and staying at Turtles Pace. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!!

We had such an incredible week at The Sandcastle Suite! Our host Ganit was amazing! She checked up on us periodically and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The condo was so cozy and had a large “smart” washer, and dryer, which was very helpful as we packed light! We used the kayaks, bikes, fishing rods, ate downstairs at picnic table, turned on festival lights at nighttime, and even used the bbq grills by the pool several times. The location was prime!!! A few minutes from Sombrero beach, across the street from Walgreens, the dollar store, the bagel shop and the best Italian pizza food truck. Ganit made several recommendations for wonderful restaurants and places to visit! It was only an hour to Key West so we made a day trip there and 45 minutes to Islamorada. This place was truly an escape to paradise and has everything you need and more for a wonderful, memorable trip with friends and family. We can’t wait to go back!

Upon entry to this beautiful home we immediately felt like we were on vacation! The views, home decor, spa tub, ice machine, fishing poles and cleaning station are just a few of the extras that make life easier and more enjoyable! The A/C was cold, the views amazing and a great location for exercise and visiting the community pool! We absolutely loved this home and believe it will be hard to beat all the extras that make it special! Sherry was an amazing communicator, kind and went above and beyond for me and my family.

we were a family of 6 staying and had more then enough room. the house was perfect and had everything you needed. we enjoyed fishing off the deck and watching the manatees everyday day swimming by. the backyard was absolutely perfect to hang out and relax. Carmen is a great host and communicates fast. would absolutely stay here again.

Shane and Kelly were fabulous! My husband and I enjoyed a week away and loved exploring Marathon. Fishing from the back deck was so much fun. We caught some mangrove snapper that we made for dinner which was exquisite! I also caught a Jack Cravalle and my hubby caught a shark. Definitely fun times! Explored beaches, hiked and went to Key West for a day. Weather did not disappoint. Highly recommend this great vacation home!

Our 7 day stay was the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years. The location was somewhat remote but only a short drive into Marathon. We hope to come back soon!!!

We had an amazing family weekend here! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed. The ping pong table, video games, and sail kayaks were huge hits with the whole family. We also rented a boat, and having a private dock made that experience seamless and unforgettable. The location was quiet, safe, and perfect for quality time—cozy enough to relax, yet close to everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. For all the amenities and the exceptional condition of the property, the price was a fantastic value. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, but this one stands out as one of the best. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

John is a Super Host to us. He was very easy to communicate with. We had an issue at the house and he had it dealt with before lunch the next day. Unexplainably, we ended up leaving our fish rods in the back porch area (out of site out of mind?). John gathered them up and his wife took them to UPS to get them packed and sent back to us. Well above and beyond anything we could have expected. Our thanks to both of them.

Rachel’s home is so beautiful and relaxing. The area is perfect. We had such a nice time! My daughter has pet allergies, and she had no issues at all the two days she joined us because it was so spotless and clean.

We had a wonderful time staying at Tim’s place! He was an excellent host who was always available if I had a question. The house is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed sitting on and fishing off the dock. The house had everything we needed for a fantastic stay and a very enjoyable vacation. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the home. We had a great trip. The condo was clean and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed plus extras. I definitely recommend. The neighbors were nice and we enjoyed hanging out at the pool with them. Theresa was friendly and helpful. We made lots of wonderful memories with our family. Would love to stay here again. The place was perfect. The patio views were amazing to just sit and watch the sunset. The marina across the street was very convenient to launch our boat from. Very peaceful location. Angler and ale restaurant across the street was delicious

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

This was a repeat stay with us at Darene's place, and we will come again. Darene is great with communication and responds quickly. Her place is great! The ocean view never gets old. The beach at the condos is perfect, and the proximity to the pool is also perfect! The condo is nice and accomodating. The beds are very comfortable. We had a wonderful time during our stay. The location was perfect right next to the ocean and awesome pool. We enjoyed the balcony watching all of the wildlife and waves of the ocean. We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to come back again soon.

My husband and I chose this place for part of our honeymoon, and we were so happy we did! We absolutely loved it, even more than the resort we paid double the price for in Key West. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The pool area was equally clean, never too crowded, and offered a really peaceful atmosphere. Having a full kitchen was a huge benefit for us, it allowed us to save money on meals and enjoy some home-cooked food. We were also incredibly lucky to have a beautiful view of the water from our room. We loved waking up each morning, making breakfast in our kitchen, and eating it on our little patio while enjoying the view. There’s lots of cool stuff to do in Islamorada, and the location of this place made it easy to explore everything. We had such a wonderful experience and would love to return someday!

Our first time visiting the Keys and Celia’s place made it wonderful! Located in a very nice, quiet, and safe community her condo is like new and so well cared for. Perfect size for our two couples. The decor and furniture is very nice, bright and clean. Had all the amenities we needed and then some. We enjoyed the heated pool everyday and the private beach was nice for a more natural experience. The furnished patio had a great view of the pool and ocean. Celia is a wonderful host! Very helpful and a great communicator.
